This morning news outlets reported there was a terrorist attack in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a result, ten people were killed and at least twenty people were reported injured according to Russian media reports. The tragic event took place at the Sennaya Ploshchad and the Technology Institute subway stations.
St. Petersburg is Russia’s second biggest city. One of the explosions involved a device filled with types of shrapnel. Because of the attacks all metro stations throughout the city were simultaneously shut down. Video footage of what happened circulated all over the internet. Videos showed people celebrating the attack.
One supporter of ISIS said the following on social media,
“We ask Allah to bless the operation by the lions of the Caliphate, we ask Allah to kill the Crusaders, a metro to hell for the worshipers of the Cross.”
The terrorist sympathizer ranted on about how the attacks were in retaliation for the Russian backing of Bashar al-Assad the President of Syria. Assad has been fighting against ISIS for over six years combatting rebel groups.
Another person screenshotted a picture of an Aljazeera article that was being LIKED which depicted victims of the attack as they were injured on the ground. People had liked the image! Only a sick kind of human being takes enjoyment in the loss of human life.
Muslim terrorist sympathizers liked the picture of dead civilians at the hands of terrorists. You did not read that wrong. While people’s blood was flowing on the street they were simultaneously celebrating.
Russia will not take kindly to this reaction and they won’t take kindly to being attacked. If the might of the United States doesn’t scare these terrorists than surely Russia’s will. And if it doesn’t, the combined effort of Russia and the United States will scare the socks off of anymore.
This is a perfect example of how they are our ultimate enemy. More so, they are the ultimate enemy of mankind. Russia and the United States will need to work together to combat them. What perfect person to lead that charge than Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.
