OK, get ready, because this is some crazy sh*t. You have to watch the video to even believe it. Warning: you are about to see someone touch someone who does not want to be touched. You are about to see what ANY sane person would label a sexual assault if it were a man instigating the action on a woman. BUT, because the perp is a transgender guy to girl nutjob, not only is it acceptable behavior, the man who rejects “her” is being completely berated on social media for being “transphobic.”
H/T Daily Wire
Tolerance is no longer about tolerating; now it is about engaging in the issue at hand. For example, you’re now considered an intolerant transphobe for refusing to make out with a transgender person.
Ginuwine found this out first hand.
The R&B singer, appearing on the U.K. reality show “Big Brother,” is being slammed as a transphobe for refusing to kiss his male-to-female transgender co-star India Willoughby on live TV.
When discussing dating, Willoughby complained that Ginuwine would date women but not him, claiming he really is a woman. When Ginuwine conceded that he would not date Willoughby if he knew he were trans, things escalated.
“I’m a woman, right,” said Willoughby. “Forget about any ‘t’s, or anything in front of it. So, on that score, you would date me, wouldn’t you?”
“Not if you told me you was trans,” replied Ginuwine.
“No, no, I’m not telling you I’m trans,” Willoughby insisted. “I’m a woman.”
“A woman? Yeah,” answered the “Pony” singer.
This, for some reason, promoted Willoughby to grab Ginuwine’s neck and lean in for a kiss. Ginuwine appeared to be extremely uncomfortable at this moment and quickly pulled away.
Ginuwine’s rejection of the advances came with backlash; he’s now being accused of transphobia.
You know how the saying goes, “No means no — unless a transgender person is making the advances, then you better comply or you’ll be labeled a transphobic bigot.”
Here were some of the unhinged reactions:
Tolerance sure has a different meaning than it used to.
Talk about blaming the victim! It is mind blowing how the whackos on Twitter have made Ginuwine into the bad guy here! Didn’t we all just sit through a Hollywood lecture about how people aren’t supposed to be making unwanted advances on others and forcing themselves on unwilling people?! Come on!
Here’s the thing. It doesn’t matter if you are gay, straight, trans, black, white, old or young, you are free to reject any UNWANTED sexual advance, period. Just because you do so doesn’t make you “phobic” of the person who you rejected. I thought NO means NO? This is TOTAL insanity!
We have like 20 different letters to represent every deviant sexual preference out there and Ginuwine, a man who likes a natural born woman (gasp!) is the outcast? Why isn’t he allowed to choose who he loves?
Ginuwine is now officially part of the “me too” movement. Yet somehow I don’t think he’ll be allowed to say it. How anyone who claims to be against sexual assault can watch this video and demonize his reaction is beyond me. India Willoughby is honestly lucky Ginuwine reacted the way he did and not with a punch to the throat. I don’t know if I could have controlled that instinct.
So, now not only are we to accept transgenderism as normal, healthy behavior, we have to be attracted to it or we are demonized!
