Unemployment For Women, Hispanics and High School Dropouts Fall To Historic Lows, Proving Everyone Is Benefiting From Trump’s Economic Boom!
The unemployment numbers for women and people without an education have dropped to historic levels. For those without a college degree, levels only seen once before, 2 decades ago, just a tenth of a percent higher than the average of 3.6%. For women, unemployment is at levels not seen since 1953!
Workers above the age of 25 without associate’s degrees or who didn’t finish college, people with only high school degrees, and high school dropouts, are doing better than they have in decades!
Unemployment for women over 20 years old fell to 3.1 percent. The total unemployment for all women in the U.S. workforce fell to 3.4 percent.
Hispanic unemployment fell to the lowest level ever in April with 4.2%.
Overall unemployment hit the lowest level since December 1969 at 3.6%.
In the meantime, the Democrat Presidential candidates and the left are attacking the economy as bad, wanting to raise taxes and exert government regulations in record amounts.
Sounds like a winning strategy to me.
“What people are witnessing is that the agenda that President Trump ran on and that we’ve been delivering on over the last two years is working for every American.” – Vice President Mike Pence, discussing today’s April jobs report on America’s Newsroom.
“This is an economy that is working for workers,” said Martha Gimbel, director of economic research for Indeed Hiring Lab. “Another astonishingly strong month of jobs growth shows the continued strength of this recovery. … Jobs continued to grow fastest in middle- and high-wage industries, while wage growth was fastest in low-wage industries.”

Very significant is that his is not a normal circumstance. We have had more jobs than workers for over a year.
There are consistently within these low unemployment numbers, a good sized group of people going back to work that for a number of reasons, given up, and been out of the workforce a long time.
It is driving wages due to competition for workers. Wages are rising faster than inflation, which is a miracle within itself. Overall wage growth has accelerated in 2019, with many reports of businesses having to offer better salaries and benefits to attract workers as it has become harder to find qualified people who are available.
Most don’t understand just how significant lowering that Corp tax was. Its going to give this economic boom longevity.
The natural ebb and flow of the economy stated that Trump should be in a downturn right now.
That is a piece some of these crackpots trying to give Obama credit for this do not get.
If you look at all the charts, Obama had come to a tipping point. Trump, just with business and consumer confidence alone, revved it up again. His policies have given us new highs.
I believe he wins the trade war. When he can drop those tariffs, we fly higher.
The longest streak of below 4 percent unemployment was 18 months starting in 1952. The record low was 2.7 percent in May 1952.
One more time, in closing:
Workers above the age of 25 without associate’s degrees or who didn’t finish college, people with only high school degrees, and high school dropouts, are doing better than they have in decades! Their unemployment is sitting at 3.5%, one tenth above the average!
So all you leftists who are claiming that the Trump economy is only benefiting the rich are either morons, or you are lying!
