Trump Compares Impeachment Inquiry To A Democrat-Led ‘Lynching’ And The Left Implodes

I wonder if any of these hysterical people know the meaning of ‘metaphorical’. Geez. President Trump just compared the impeachment inquiry against him to a “lynching,” saying House Democrats are acting “without due process or fairness or any legal rights.” Tell me exactly how any of that isn’t true? The left proceeded to implode with calls of racism and calling Trump a disgrace… again.

“So someday, if a Democrat becomes President and the Republicans win the House, even by a tiny margin, they can impeach the President, without due process or fairness or any legal rights,” he wrote on Twitter. “All Republicans must remember what they are witnessing here — a lynching. But we will WIN!” Again, I consider that spot on and I’m not the only one. But there are some on the right deriding Trump for this… I strongly disagree with them.

Trump’s use of the word “lynching” ticked off House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-SC), an influential black lawmaker. “That is one word that no president ought to apply to himself,” Clyburn said on CNN. “I’m a product of the South,” he added. “I know the history of that word. That is a word that we ought to be very, very careful about using.” True, except it is appropriate here and I might remind these black leaders calling foul that it wasn’t only African Americans who found themselves at the end of a rope.

Another black congressman who is a race monger and a Marxist, Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL), said Trump should delete the tweet. “You think this impeachment is a LYNCHING? What the hell is wrong with you?” Rush wrote on Twitter. “Do you know how many people who look like me have been lynched, since the inception of this country, by people who look like you.” Yes, all white people are bad. Give me a break.

From The Daily Wire:

“It was the second consecutive day Trump has blasted the impeachment inquiry. The president spent more than an hour on Monday blasting Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

“I think that she’s done this country a tremendous disservice. She’s created a phony witch hunt another one. First one failed. They’re all failing. This one is just absolutely crazy,” Trump said at the White House.

“Democrats have moved to impeach Trump, who they say demanded a quid pro quo from a foreign leader in a July 25th phone call. A transcript of that call, though, shows Trump did not demand that the president of Ukraine investigate the business dealings of Joe Biden’s son in the country in return for U.S. aid, but rather asked for “a favor.”

“All you have to do is read the transcript of the call. Read the transcript. This is an open and shut simple case. They’re desperate because they know they are going to lose the election. They are desperate to do something because they know they are going to lose the election. This administration has created the strongest economy in the history of our country. We have the greatest stock market. We had over 100 times we broke the record for stock market,” Trump said.

“I think they want to impeach me because it’s the only way they’re going to win,” he said. “They’ve got nothing. All they have is a phone call that is perfect. All they have is a whistleblower who’s disappear. Where is he?” the president said.

“Democrats, he said, are just “playing games.”

“They figure they can’t win the election so maybe we can find some ground — we will get somebody that Trump never met and maybe they will say something bad about Trump. And if they do really bad maybe it can stick a little bit–I don’t think it’s going to work. They have treated the Republican party with great disrespect.”

“It cannot be the way our founders, our great founders, meant this to be,” he said.”

Every bit of what Trump said is correct. He nailed it. All of this is being done “without due process or fairness or any legal rights.” It’s unconstitutional and un-American. It smacks of being a coup with secret hearings and testimonies and Trump not being allowed to view or hear the proceedings, much less call witnesses in his defense.

Lindsey Graham didn’t hold back and wholeheartedly agreed with Trump when asked about Trump’s tweet calling the House “impeachment inquiry” a “lynching.” “This is a sham. This is a joke. I’m going to let the whole world know that if we were doing this to a Democratic president, you would be all over me right now… This is a lynching in every sense. This is un-American.” Graham is right here and everyone knows it.

From The Hill:

“Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on Tuesday said President Trump is absolutely right to call the House impeachment process a “lynching.”

“This is a lynching in every sense. This is un-American,” Graham said to reporters.

“I’ve never seen a situation in my lifetime as a lawyer where somebody is accused of a major misconduct who cannot confront the accuser, call witnesses on her behalf and have the discussion in the light of day so the public can judge,” he said.

“Graham backed up the president, saying, “I think that’s pretty well accurate.”

“I think lynching is being seen as somebody taking the law in their own hands and out to get somebody for no good reason,” he said.

“Asked if he could understand why African Americans would be offended by the comparison, Graham stood his ground.

“Yes, African Americans have [been] lynched. Other people have been lynched throughout history. What does lynching mean? That a mob grabs you, they don’t give you a chance to defend yourself, they don’t tell you what happened to you, they just destroy you. That’s exactly what’s happening in the United States House of Representatives right now,” he said.

“In every sense, this is a mob taking over the rule of law. This is fundamentally un-American and until it changes, I will fight back as hard as I can,” he said of House Democrats.”

With a 95 percent approval rating in the Republican Party currently, I would say most on the right agree with Trump on this point. In fact, it’s going to cost the Democrats the presidential election in 2020 as it should. We are a Constitutional Republic. This is not a leftist dictatorial totalitarian state… not yet anyway. Americans are watching and millions are just itching to vote for Trump because of all this nonsense.

This is sheer desperation on the part of the Democrats because they don’t have a single candidate who can come close to beating Trump. We should thank them for being so radical that Trump will get a second term. More leftist implosion on tap.
