Stunning HUD Audit Uncovers $500 Billion Obama-Era Scandal And This May Be Just The Beginning

Obama seeks to cover-up gross mismanagement of funds and incompetence at HUD.

A federal audit of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administration was officially released on March 1, 2017 – just five weeks after Ben Carson took office. Since then, Carson and his team have been reviewing the audit to find where funds went and what went wrong at HUD during the Obama years. What Carson has found raises serious questions about exactly what Obama was doing in regards to the organization of people’s lives and how he was redirecting funds to accomplish that.

This must have been a very extensive and in-depth audit that took a long time to pour through. Carson would also want his ducks in a row before raising these issues. Even before he really raised the alarm bells here, the left tried to blame him for what happened during Obama’s tenure. We’re talking the total number of errors corrected in HUD’s notes and consolidated financial statements amounting to $516.4 billion and $3.4 billion, respectively. That’s just jaw-dropping and smacks of being criminal.

From the Western Sentinel:

“These unresolved audit matters relate to (1) the Office of General Counsel’s refusal to sign the management representation letter, (2) HUD’s improper use of cumulative and first-in, first-out budgetary accounting methods of disbursing community planning and development program funds, (3) the $4.2 billion in nonpooled loan assets from Ginnie Mae’s stand-alone financial statements that we could not audit due to inadequate support, (4) the improper accounting for certain HUD assets and liabilities, and (5) material differences between HUD’s sub-ledger and general ledger accounts.

“This audit report contains 11 material weaknesses, 7 significant deficiencies, and 5 instances of noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.

“The dates of this ongoing misfeasance suggest something more sinister was at play than simply some accounting mistakes.  More like deliberately obscuring the movement of funds that were being used for non-intended purposes.

“Back in July of 2015, investigative journalist Paul Sperry detailed the Obama administration’s efforts to create a massive database of sensitive information on every American and categorized according to their race:

“Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.:

“This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against: banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities; schools that suspend too many blacks; cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds.

“The final product would provide civil-rights attorneys and urban activist groups the data they need to exploit patterns of “racial disparities” and “segregation,” even when no other evidence of discrimination exists.”

Maxine Waters, who is viewed as one of the most corrupt members of Congress, verified the existence of the database. It allegedly includes personal mortgage information, credit scores, employment records, school records, and housing records.

I had heard that it was being used to determine which neighborhoods in cities should be ‘gentrified’ and racially balanced by force. Maxine also verified this move: “The granddaddy of them all is the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing database, which the Department of Housing and Urban Development rolled out earlier this month to racially balance the nation, ZIP code by ZIP code. It will map every US neighborhood by four racial groups — white, Asian, black or African-American, and Hispanic/Latino — and publish “geospatial data” pinpointing racial imbalances.” Then the Obama administration would fix what they consider racial inequalities.

These efforts by Obama were very expensive, invasive, and not transparent in the least. Over $500 billion is not just spare change. Obama was presiding over a historic grab of personal data that he intended to use to remake America in his Marxist image. The database and the information in it were surely intended for something akin to a diversity police state of some sort where equality is physically enforced and civil-rights lawyers would micromanage demographic outcomes in virtually every aspect of society.

Before Barack Obama was elected, discrimination was at its lowest point in American history. Now, it has exploded and the racism has reversed sides. One wonders if Obama still has access to that data. I hope Carson made sure he didn’t. Our Constitution is meant to protect what we own and keep us safe and secure in our homes and property. Read the Fourth Amendment:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Obama made a mockery of that right along with other constitutional rights. His use of this type of information is reminiscent of what Xi in China is doing currently.

Looks like Carson has much to fix. It’s a pity that Obama and his minions will not have to answer for this kind of abuse and this may just be the beginning of what we find in HUD and other departments.
