Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein submitted his resignation letter to the White House on Monday. It was he, who appointed special counsel Robert Mueller to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, But the man who the left has been cheering, threw Obama and James Comey under the bus on the way out.

When then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions chose to recuse himself from the Russia investigation, Rosenstein was left with the job of overseeing it to its conclusion.

When the Mueller Report was released, showing absolutely no collusion on behalf of any American, let alone Trump or his campaign, the left literally cried.

But now, no his way out of public service, Rosenstein provided us with some more truthful insight, and the left will cry again.

During an event in New York City last Thursday evening, Rosenstein shed some light on his tenure.

“Not everybody was happy with my decision, in case you did not notice.”, Rosenstein commented.

But it was what Rosenstein went on to say, that put a big X on the Obama administration and Comey.

“The previous (Obama) administration,” he stated, “chose not to publicize the full story about Russian computer hackers and social media trolls, and how they relate to a broader strategy to undermine America.”

Rosenstein added that “the FBI (Under Comey) disclosed classified evidence about the investigation to ranking legislators and their staffs, lawmakers and their staffers,” and then “someone selectively leaked details to the news media.”

You will remember that it was the FBI’s own ‘Internal Affairs’ and Rod Rosenstein who recommended Trump fire Comey.

Rosenstein also put Congressman Nadar, who has been cheering for a full release of the Mueller Report, as well as many other Democrats in the cross-hairs.

“It’s not our job to render conclusive factual findings. We just decide whether it is appropriate to file criminal charges,”

“It’s not our job to render conclusive factual findings. We just decide whether it is appropriate to file criminal charges,”

He explained, “I did not promise to report all results to the public, because grand jury investigations are ex parte proceedings. It is not our job to render conclusive factual findings. We just decide whether it is appropriate to file criminal charges.”

it is amazing that just a few weeks ago, the left was praising Rosenstein. believing that he was going to be responsible for handing them a Trump impeachment for collusion with a foreign government.

“We enforce the law without fear or favor because credible evidence is not partisan, and truth is not determined by opinion polls,” Rosenstein wrote. “We ignore fleeting distractions and focus our attention on the things that matter, because a republic that endures is not governed by the news cycle.”

But when Rosenstein stood behind new Attorney General Barr, they turned on him.

CNN’s Don Lemon is a great example.

Lemon asked fellow CNN host Chris Cuomo his thoughts on Rosenstein, arguing that the 30-year Justice Department veteran’s resignation letter served as “a big wet kiss” to the president.

“To give a big wet kiss to the president, if he read the whole letter, putting in superfluous things he didn’t have to say, that’s all fine and dandy,”  Lemon said Monday night.

“I’ve been wanting to ask you this. There have been reports about him, right?” Lemon asked Cuomo. “Do you think [Rosenstein is] a double agent type?”

What do we have left? We have a very sad left, that now knowing there was no collusion, the premise for this whole two years of craziness. But they keep going!

I believe, to their demise!
