Pearl Harbor Memorial SLAPS Democrat Eric Swalwell For Insensitive Pearl Harbor Tweet
Democrat Erik Swalwell shamefully used the Pearl Harbor tragedy to try to poke at President Trump and the Memorial took him to the woodshed. Swallwell invoked the September 2001 attacks, as well as the December 7, 1941 Pearl Harbor attack in comparison to the Mueller Report. He was fully eviscerated on Twitter, by more than the memorial for his insensitive tweet.
“Remember that time Pearl Harbor was bombed and FDR called the Emperor of Japan? Or the time the Twin Towers were struck and Bush ringed Osama Bin Laden? No? I don’t either. So why’d @realDonaldTrump call Putin after the Mueller Report was released? #CommanderInCheat” Swalwell tweeted.
Besides the tweet not making a lot of sense, it seemed to infuriate those operating the Pearl Harbor Memorial.
“We are dismayed at the lack sensitivity to those lives lost on December 7, 1941 by a candidate for President. These attacks that caused thousands of deaths have no place in this type of political discourse.”

The funniest reaction came from the Ocasio-Ortez parody account, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Office (Parody) @AOCoffice Follow it, the account is hilarious!
Thanks for tweeting something dumber than I did this morning!

Some took the offense very seriously, as it should be. Thousands lost their lives at both events, and they are seriously tragic. All that Erik Swalwell did with this tweet was to show that he ihas not really grown up yet, is stuck in juvenile behavior, and is definitely not ready to serve at the Commander In Chief!

What caught my eye, and seemed to catch many others, is that it is a bad analogy to begin with. I think we need to demand Erik Swalwell’s SAT scores. He could not have done well with this level of analogical skill.
Clearly, you slept in that day in 5th grade when they taught your class what an "analogy" is. #dontnukemebro

You might remember back in November 2018, Swalwell suggested launching nuclear weapons against gun-owners who refused to hand over or sell semi-automatic rifles to the U.S. government.
While it was obvious the suggestion was satirical, it again, was not funny.

Swalwell was responding to a gun rights enthusiast who said the Democrats’ proposal to confiscate or buy semi-automatic rifles would result in “war” due to resistance from the gun owners. The congressman stated “it would be a short war” because “the government has nukes.”
He has called for a ban on “military-style semiautomatic assault weapons” with a buy-back program.
“You know, keep your pistols, keep your long rifles, keep your shotguns,” Swalwell said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” He continued, “I want the most dangerous weapons, these weapons of war, out of the hands of the most dangerous people.”

This guy isn’t going anywhere and he knows it. He cannot even break 1% in the polls. But his behavior should definitely embarrass his mother.
In the end, Swalwell did not even have his history correct, and was slammed by Andrew Follett, an Analyst at Club For Growth.
“Here’s FDR’s letter to Emperor Hirohito of Japan written in 1941 trying to keep the peace between the two countries while both sides were escalating towards war. Do you ever get sick of being this dumb Eric?”

Where do they get these guys from? So hateful and vile. Brian Sims, Maxine Waters, this child… It just amazes me. Sad.
