New York Governor Cuomo signs bill soon legalizing abortion up to moment of birth. ‘Every individual who becomes pregnant has the fundamental right to choose to carry the pregnancy to term, to give birth to a child, or to have an abortion’ HORROR

As long as a licensed abortion provider “acts in good faith,” a baby can be… “terminated” in the womb up to birth in order “to protect the patient’s life or health,” come this Tuesday in New York State, thanks to legislation signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Because the definition of “The Patient’s health” is not explained nor the meaning of the word “health” is not defined within the legislation, this means it is all left up to the discretion of the doctor and mother who gets to live and who doesn’t. Anxiety over giving birth certainly could fall into the category of “health” as could any number of mental or emotional states any  woman might be experiencing in their 6th, 7th, or 9th month of pregnancy.

What is not being reported at all is the bill also completely removes the killing of a wanted baby from the penal code. What? Yeah. How can you say a doctor and mother are merely removing unwanted fetal tissue in the 9th month, but then turn around and say someone is guilty of murder because they pushed your pregnant sister down the stairs and she lost her precious baby?

Well, all in the name of progressive thinking. The bill is set to be passed in the state legislature on Tuesday to commemorate the 46th anniversary of Roe v. Wade.

“It’s bittersweet. There is a bitterness because we shouldn’t be here in the first place,” Cuomo said. “We should not have a federal government that is trying to roll back women’s rights … This administration (of President Donald Trump) defies American evolution.”

Cuomo said he believes that the federal protections of Roe v. Wade are at risk of being overturned with a Supreme Court that, under Trump, has shifted to a more conservative viewpoint. He predicted that this week’s 5-4 Supreme Court ruling that temporarily upholds a ban on transgender U.S. military members is a split “you’re going to hear over and over.”

In 2014, Cuomo infamously said pro-lifers have no place in the state:

And did we mention the bill  expands who can perform the procedure from beyond just physicians to any licensed, certified or authorized health care practitioner for whom abortion is within their scope of practice. Why do this, you ask? The answer is simple: Most doctors – even hard-core abortionists have a conscious – especially when it comes to late-term abortions.

Not everyone is like Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi or the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger – who all believe third trimester, scissors in the head abortion on demand should be available. Most doctors will not perform this ghastly procedure unless the mother’s very life was in serious danger – and then, they’d probably recommend something different.

So, you’re going to need more abortionists to pick up the third trimester horror-show slack and that’s why the expansion of the scope of abortion practice in the bill. Not to mention there’s just going to be more abortions in New York now – as if the State needed it.

Supporters praised the decision, saying it brings New York into modern times and reassures women who may have feared for their rights under the Trump administration and newly configured Supreme Court. They also said it reassures providers, who previously feared criminal liability in cases where the procedure was performed in line with federal law but not state law.

Opponents, which included religious and conservative groups, were bitterly disappointed, claiming the law strips unborn children of their rights and jeopardizes women’s health by allowing non-physicians to perform the procedure. They also said it limits options for prosecutors in domestic violence cases.

“May almighty God have mercy on the state of New York,” someone yelled inside the Senate parlor, after the bill passed and riotous cheers and applause faded.

The Senate came out 38-24 in favor of the bill, almost entirely along party lines. The Assembly, which has passed versions of the bill for a dozen years straight, voted 92-47 later Tuesday afternoon after several hours of debate.

Speaking of Margaret Sanger, the creator of Planned Parenthood: Do we need to mention the movement was founded in order to control the population of groups she felt inferior to the white population – specifically blacks:

Sanger’s fear of her racist views being exposed, as recorded in a 1939 letter to an ally: “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.” Which is exactly what she set out and succeeded in doing.

Planned Parenthood is largely the reason why black babies are aborted in America three times more often than white babies, and Hispanic preborns are killed 1½ times more often than whites.  Centers for Disease Control reports, “Abortion is the number one killer of black lives in the United States. More than HIV. More than heart disease. More than cancer. Abortion snuffs out more black lives than all other causes of death combined.”

If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere – NY, NY…
