FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was fired after 21 years of service and a day before his retirement for “lack of candor”. In other words, McCabe lied under oath. However McCabe wants the American people to believe that the reason he had “inaccuracies” in his testimonies is because he was “confused and distracted”. SERIOUSLY? What a moron!
If you hadn’t noticed, the former FBI Deputy Director McCabe had a recent op-ed in The Washington Post. wMcCabe explains he may have not quite told “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth,” because he was ‘confused and distracted’. He’s got to be kidding right? So he admits that he lied but blames it on the fact he was distracted and confused? How did someone this stupid get put 2nd in command of the FBI? …Oh, never mind.
McCabe in his op-ed in the WaPo has the nerve to go on and say:
“Not in my worst nightmares did I dream my FBI career would end this way,” …
Despite all the preparation for the worst-case scenario, I still felt disoriented and sick to my stomach. Around 10 p.m., a friend called to tell me that CNN was reporting that I had been fired. She read me the attorney general’s statement.
So, after two decades of public service, I found out that I had been fired in the most disembodied, impersonal way — third-hand, based on a news account.
Shortly after getting word, I noticed an email from a Justice Department official in my work account, telling me that I had been “removed from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the civil service.”
Oh, woe is me! This imbecile expects us to feel sorry for him? Get real! After all the cover up of the lies he did for Hillary? Are you kidding me? Please! Grow a pair!
But then McCabe shifts into full Orwellian doublespeak:
I have been accused of “lack of candor.” That is not true. I did not knowingly mislead or lie to investigators.
Ok, we’re certainly not buying it, but please McCabe go on…..
When asked about contacts with a reporter that were fully within my power to authorize as deputy director, and amid the chaos that surrounded me, I answered questions as completely and accurately as I could. And when I realized that some of my answers were not fully accurate or may have been misunderstood, I took the initiative to correct them.
That’s right! This moron admits that he realized he was “not fully accurate”….that’s the same as saying he LIED! So, McCabe admited he lied, but we shouldn’t blame him, because afterall, it happened because there was chaos around him….he was ‘confused and distracted’….we can’t possibly blame HIM can we? Oh, please, just Shut UP!
McCabe, we are sick of your lies and the lies of others around you. You all protected Hillary and covered up all her scandals! You know it, Hillary knows it and the American people KNOW it! So please just close it!
But McCabe seems to want to clarify to Americans why he did not tell the truth? …
At worst, I was not clear in my responses, and because of what was going on around me may well have been confused and distracted – and for that I take full responsibility. But that is not a lack of candor.
Is McCabe SERIOUS? What are you KIDDING? He LIED! That’s LACK OF CANDOR! Most people in the FBI have been fired for doing EXACTLY the same thing! Does he think he’s any different?
For a “21-year veteran” of The FBI, I’m surprised that he would find it hard to stick to the “facts” because he was allegedly “confused and distracted”…
And under no circumstances could it ever serve as the basis for the very public and extended humiliation of my family and me that the administration, and the president personally, have engaged in over the past year.
Again with the sob story… you just took responsibility for inaccuracies? So did McCabe expect that there would not be consequences? Did McCabe really think things would be ok and he would just be given a little slap on the hand? Did he forget that Hillary was NOT elected president?
The president’s comments about me were equally hurtful and false, which shows that he has no idea how FBI people feel about their leaders.
SERIOUSLY!? Come on man! We, the American people are NOT going to feel sorry for YOU of ALL people!
I was drawn to the FBI by nothing more complicated than a desire to do good.
Well, somewhere along the lines of working for the Clintons and Obama, you lost your principles for greed, like most other politicians in DC.
McCabe then tries to equate himself with the REAL hard-working men and women of The FBI…
They continued to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution despite the political winds – and the unprecedented attacks on us by the president and other partisans – that buffeted us.
SERIOUSLY! Excuse me Mr. Mcabe, but it was YOU who gave them their marching orders! You who told them what to focus on in their investigations. YOU who deceived them, NOT President Trump! So, please talk to the hand!
The nation does need hard-working, smart, talented and dedicated people to uphold the law, but YOU, Mr. McCabe, are not one of those dedicated people. You put money for your wife’s campaign over principles and upholding the law. The hard-working agents in the field certainly want to uphold the law, be honest and fair, but you not only let them down, but every law abiding American down. So please take your whiny and pathetic excuses and just quietly leave, because your sorry little a$$ should be in jail!
