26 year-old Joy VIlla is making headlines again this year at the Grammy Awards for using her outfit to make a bold policial statement and we love it! The singer/songwriter is definitely one of the few outspoken Trump supporters in entertainment and shows incredible courage to proudly display and defend her beliefs!

In previous years, Villa has enjoyed using the red carpet to try out far fetched fashion ideas. In 2015, she wore a see-through dress made completely out of orange construction-fencing material. In 2016, she made the list of “Most Outrageous Looks of the Grammys” with another strange see through spikey fabric dress. This is not a girl afraid to take risks!

But it was in 2017 when Villa showed up to the Grammys in a Trump-promoting “Make America Great Again” number that wowed the world. The display definitely paid off for Villa with Wikipedia noting:

“At the 2017 Grammy Awards, Villa wore a blue dress, again designed by Andre Soriano, promoting President Donald Trump, featuring his campaign slogan “Make America Great Again” and the name “Trump”.[10][11] The publicity from the dress resulted in Villa’s EP I Make the Static hitting number 1 among digital downloads on, and iTunes in the US.[12] It climbed up the top 100 of several other countries’ iTunes charts too, including Canada, the United KingdomAustralia and Brazil.”

I can attest to the fact that the outfits definitely are helping her career! I honestly had never even heard of her until the Trump dress and now I am happy to call myself a fan!

This year Villa showed up on the red carpet with a message that needs to be told: choose life! I can’t imagine how many celebrities have ended their babies lives in the name of their careers, vanity and reputations. Abortion is an abhorrent practice and new technology is finally showing skeptics that the unborn are so much more than blobs of cells! These are children, plain and simple and they deserve a chance to live!

Joy Villa turned up at the 60th Grammy Awards in a dress meant to make a statement. The singer wore a white wedding dress that she hand-painted with the image of a fetus surrounded by a rainbow paired with a purse that read “choose life.”

“I’m a pro-life woman. This year I chose to make a statement on the red carpet like I always do,” she told Fox News. “I’m all about life.”

Villa, who made a name for herself at last year’s Grammys with a “Make America Great Again” dress, paired her Pronovias dress with a tiara and sparkling jewelry. She said she was inspired to paint this year’s dress because she gave a baby up for adoption when she was 21, and she said she supports adoption over abortion.

The 26-year-old said she is thrilled with President Trump so far.

“I love what he is doing; unemployment is down,” she said. “I am totally for President Trump, and it’s only been one year. I can’t wait for the next seven years!”

She said she spoke to the president’s daughter Ivanka Trump over the holidays.

“I’m very close with his daughter Ivanka. She is a phenomenal woman. She wants to empower women.”

Villa said there are very few conservative celebs, but that doesn’t deter her from sharing her point of view.

“There is a lot of hypocrisy we see from celebrities,” she insisted.

Villa praised Trump’s tax plan and said she is excited about what’s coming from the administration in 2018.

“I’m looking forward to saving money on my taxes as a small-business woman,” she said.

“I am looking forward to seeing Americans… [feeling patriotic] again. I’m glad that conservative values are back at the forefront as a pro-life woman.”

I love how Villa not only stands completely unfazed by her liberal leaning profession and is so proud of her beliefs, but that she can eloquently defend those beliefs to judgey reporters that probably think she is nuts!

What a great way to help get out the “Make America Great Again” and pro-life messages than going to a den of liberals and put it in their faces! It takes a very brave woman to be so outspoken on an explosive topic like abortion and Villa should be applauded for saying (and wearing) things many others would be too afraid to!

She is a true patriot and I hope this year’s dress gains the attention it deserves! I’m betting she also sees a great increase in music downloads after this display as well!
