FINALLY: Hillary Donor Ed Buck In Jail After Deaths of Two Black Men and Almost Three
I began writing about Hillary friend and donor Ed Buck back in August 2017 after a young black man died of a drug overdose in Buck’s home under suspicious circumstances. Gemmel Moore’s July 27th death was immediately classified as an accidental methamphetamine overdose by the coroner. But the truth was that Buck “shot him up” with drugs to take pictures and have sex with him.
The media was silent.
In his journal, Gemmel Moore had written, “I honestly don’t know what to do. I’ve become addicted to drugs and the worst one at that,” a December entry reads. “Ed Buck is the one to thank. He gave me my first injection of crystal meth it was very painful, but after all the troubles, I became addicted to the pain and fetish/fantasy.”
Moore had died in Buck’s home in July of 2017.
Then, on Jan. 7, 2019, a second black man, 55-year-old Timothy Dean of West Hollywood, was also found dead at Buck’s home. His death was also ruled an accidental meth overdose. It was the second death from an accidental methamphetamine overdose at the same apartment in less than 18 months and prompted renewed calls for a criminal prosecution of Buck.
Then last week, there was almost a third death. This time, Ed Buck was charged with running a drug den out of his West Hollywood apartment and providing methamphetamine to a 37-year-old man who suffered an overdose. According to the DA’s office, Buck was accused with injecting the victim with methamphetamine. This lucky man survived.
Ed Buck cuts a “formidable swath” through West Hollywood, L.A. County and National Democratic Party politics and was actively involved in financing Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Is that why after two deaths in his home, it took almost a third death to arrest him?
Apparently, Buck “gets off” by watching young men get high on drugs, the higher the better. Gemmel Moore had arrived in California from Texas in order to join Buck just hours before his death. His mother claims her son told her that “Buck had HELD him in his apartment.”
Moore had filed a police report about Buck holding him against his will and shooting him up with something unknown.
How does such a man continue to do such horrific things, and nobody cares? Well maybe they finally do!
“I remain deeply concerned for the safety of people whose life circumstances may make them more vulnerable to criminal predators,” Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey said in a statement. “With this new evidence, I authorized the filing of criminal charges against Ed Buck.”
Prosecutors recommended bail set at $4 million in a motion that called Buck a “violent, dangerous sexual predator,” who “mainly preys on men made vulnerable by addiction and homelessness.”
The motion went on to say that Buck used the bait of “narcotics, money, and shelter” to lure victims to his home where, “in a position of power, Buck manipulates his victims into participating in his sexual fetishes.”
“The defendant’s predatory acts and conscious disregard for human life must be stopped,” the motion said.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday. Buck’s attorney said he would fight the charges against his client “vigorously.”
An attorney who said he talked with family members of Moore and Dean said the family members were relieved and grateful that Buck was behind bars.
“It’s unfortunate that it’s taken a third overdose for the (Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department) to finally act,” Hussain Turk, the attorney for Moore’s family said. “We believe that the third overdose could have been avoided. We believe that the death of Timothy Dean could have also been avoided had they taken the death of Gemmel Moore seriously.”
When all is said and done, Ed Buck is only facing a maximum sentence of five years and eight months in state prison. Unbelievable.
