He’s Done: Joe Biden’s 2020 Hopes Destroyed After Enormous Scandal Erupts
Opinion – Joe Biden’s 2020 Ukrainian nightmare: With over 20 crazy, radical, say-anything-to-get-elected radicals running for President, Biden is positioned to attract voters as the Dem’s “moderate” alternative. The “polls” showing Creepy, Sleepy Joe Biden with an eight-point lead over President Trump are about as accurate as the polls showing Hillary Clinton beating Trump a day before the 2016 election. It’s more propaganda than fact and everybody knows it.
Most people know his name and that’s the extent of it. But, even if those polls were real, and even if they showed Biden with a 25-point lead, he knows that kissing, grabbing, groping, feeling up young and old girl’s unabated over the years are the least of his worries.
This guy is looking at any number of nuclear bombs that are sure to blow up his electoral chances. Let’s look at just two of Biden’s campaign-destroying time bombs that the public is about to learn about – and yes, the mainstream media will actually be reporting on this – because unlike Obama and Hillary – they do not think Joe is the Second Coming or the Virgin Mary.
Illicit Info reports: Let’s begin with the way then-Vice President Biden leveraged his influence with the Ukraine to first enrich his son, Hunter, and then to obstruct the investigation into his corrupt influence. The overriding takeaway is his stupidity in bragging about it to a group of foreign policy experts. Yeah, real genius.
Biden openly admits that he threatened Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko with pulling $1 Billion in loan guarantees if he didn’t fire Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.
“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’”
Then – amazingly, Grab-ass Joe brags: “Well, son of a bitch, he got fired.”
What? This guy admits corrupting the system on video? Wow. Wtf? Where is the special prosecutor hauling Joe in front of a judge?
Why did Biden want Shokin removed? Hold onto your hat.
The prosecutor was leading a wide-ranging corruption investigation into a natural gas firm, Burisma Holdings. Biden’s son, Hunter, sat on the board of directors of Burisma Holdings.
John Solomon of The Hill reveals the vice president’s motive: Two years after leaving office, Joe Biden couldn’t resist the temptation last year to brag to an audience of foreign policy specialists about the time as vice president that he strong-armed Ukraine into firing its top prosecutor.
In his own words, with video cameras rolling, Biden described how he threatened Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in March 2016 that the Obama administration would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, sending the former Soviet republic toward insolvency, if it didn’t immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.
Interviews with a half-dozen senior Ukrainian officials confirm Biden’s account, though they claim the pressure was applied over several months in late 2015 and early 2016, not just six hours of one dramatic day. Whatever the case, Poroshenko and Ukraine’s parliament obliged by ending Shokin’s tenure as prosecutor. Shokin was facing steep criticism in Ukraine, and among some U.S. officials, for not bringing enough corruption prosecutions when he was fired.
But Ukrainian officials tell me there was one crucial piece of information that Biden must have known but didn’t mention to his audience: The prosecutor he got fired was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings that employed Biden’s younger son, Hunter, as a board member.
U.S. banking records show Hunter Biden’s American-based firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers into one of its accounts — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Vice President Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine and its tense relations with Russia.
The general prosecutor’s official file for the Burisma probe — shared with me by senior Ukrainian officials — shows prosecutors identified Hunter Biden, business partner Devon Archer and their firm, Rosemont Seneca, as potential recipients of money.
Shokin told me in written answers to questions that, before he was fired as general prosecutor, he had made “specific plans” for the investigation that “included interrogations and other crime-investigation procedures into all members of the executive board, including Hunter Biden.”
This is only one example of how Joe Biden used the vice presidency to enrich Hunter.
How is this going to play when Trump, who has pledged to drain the swamp, starts pounding these facts on the campaign trail?
If Biden found some way to avoid self-immolation on this scandal of his own making, he’ll have to answer for his role in the illegal surveillance of Donald Trump and his campaign team.
Evidence of Biden’s knowledge of the illegal surveillance operation was contained within the curious email that Obama’s National Security Advisor Susan Rice wrote to herself minutes before Donald Trump was administered the Oath of Office:
On January 5, following a briefing by IC leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential election, President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Jim Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office. Vice President Biden and I were also present.
That meeting reportedly included a discussion of the Steele dossier and the FBI’s investigation of its claims.1 Your email continued:
President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities “by the book“. The President stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective. He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book.
From a national security perspective, however, President Obama said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia.
The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would.
Think about that. If America is desperate to move on from Donald Trump, something the Democrats are hoping will be the case in 2020, the last person they’re going to vote for is a person who was part of framing Trump in the first place.
