Welcome to former Vice President Joe Biden’s not good, very bad week in politics. Every time the guy opens his mouth, gaffes and lies spill out. This time he told reporters in Iowa that Parkland students visited him (while he was vice president) in the aftermath of the school shooting which took 17 lives, even though the incident occurred in 2018 which was over a year after he left office.
I’m serious when I say that Biden is not fit for office. There is something wrong with him in more ways than one. Biden brought up the ongoing conversation on gun violence in the U.S. and told a group of reporters in Iowa that students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School visited him while he was vice president, even though the shooting happened on February 14, 2018, over a year after he left the White House. He did it twice.
From The Washington Free Beacon:
“Biden was speaking at the Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund’s Presidential Gun Sense Forum in Des Moines, Iowa when he confused himself with Vice President Mike Pence, who is still serving in that role.
“The people who are going to make a difference in terms of giving some backbone to those Republicans in particular and a few Democrats who are afraid to take them on–all of you,” Biden said. “We have to go into their communities, take them on. That’s why Mayor Bloomberg is doing such an incredible job. He’s using his fortune and his money to increase the safety of the American people.”
“Biden went on to say Democrats were going to organize against Republicans and supporters of the National Rifle Association.
“When you show up – I watched what happened when the kids from Parkland marched up and I met with them and then they went off up to the Hill when I was vice president and then they went off the hill to go into those neighborhoods,” Biden said. “All those congressmen were like ‘No, I’m not here. I’m not here. Don’t tell them I’m around.’ They’re afraid of it. They should be exposed. They should be exposed for what they refuse to do because they’re being intimidated by the NRA.”‘
I heard him say this onstage at the gun control town hall this morning. If he said the same thing to reporters it’s more than a slip of the tongue. https://t.co/DI5672HSKL

“Biden told reporters in Iowa on Saturday that “those kids in Parkland came up to see me when I was vice president.” But when they visited Capitol Hill to talk with members of Congress, lawmakers were “basically cowering, not wanting to see them. They did not want to face it on camera.”
“The former vice president was making a point about the changing conversation around gun violence in this country, and how as more and more ordinary people are touched by mass shootings, they are more likely to call for action.”

Biden is a walking, talking face-palm moment. This is one of the numerous gaffes this week alone he’s made.
“This is just the latest of Biden’s long line of embarrassing gaffes. While speaking to the Asian and Latino Coalition in Des Moines, Iowa, on Thursday, the former vice president said that “poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.” He quickly clarified his remarks, adding, “wealthy kids, black kids, Asian kids”:
“Biden also confused former British Prime Minister Theresa May with Margaret Thatcher during his Asian and Latino Coalition speech.
Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden falsely claims that he was Vice President during the Parkland school shooting: "I watched what happened when the kids from Parkland marched up…I met with them, and then they went up on the hill, when I was Vice President" pic.twitter.com/nitDh74tsz

“As Breitbart News reported:
“You had people like Margaret Tha… excuse me,” he added, before catching his verbal slip-up. “You had people like the former chairman and the leader of the party in Germany. You had Angela Merkel stand up and say how terrible it was. International leaders looked at us like, ‘what in God’s name is happening to the United States of America?’”
“Thatcher left office nearly 30 years ago in 1990.
“Also this week, Biden told a crowd at the Iowa State Fair that “we choose truth over facts.”
“Everybody knows who Donald Trump is. Even his supporters know who he is. We got to let him know who we are. We choose unity over division,” Biden said. “We choose science over fiction. We choose truth over facts.”

“Biden also told a student at the Iowa State Fair that there are “at least three” genders:
“Last week, Biden – while speaking at a fundraiser in San Deigo, California – misspoke, referring to the shootings in El Paso and Dayton as “the tragic events in Houston … and also in Michigan.”
“Biden’s near-constant gaffes have worried many prominent figures on the left.”
“I watched what happened when those kids form Parkland came up to see me when I was vice president,” Biden says. "Some of you covered it.”
The Parkland shootings occurred in 2018, a year after he left the vice presidency. It’s likely he means Newtown victims, who came in 2013.

And both the left and the right are questioning Biden’s mental faculties with good reason. Chief among them is President Trump and he’s right to point it out.
Trump mocked Biden on Friday, telling reporters that he is “not playing with a full deck.” “This is not somebody you can have as your president,” Trump added. “Joe Biden can’t answer a simple question. Something’s gone wrong with him.”
Joe Biden just said, “We believe in facts, not truth.” Does anybody really believe he is mentally fit to be president? We are “playing” in a very big and complicated world. Joe doesn’t have a clue!

Either Biden lies to fit his political agenda or he’s suffering from something like dementia… or both.
According to Bloomberg, an official from the Biden campaign said he meant to refer to the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary shooting in Newton, Connecticut. They are just full of excuses for Biden… he must have a fulltime team just to cover him over his gaffes. He just can’t help himself evidently.
