Democrats In Serious Trouble as AG Barr Includes National Intelligence and CIA to Investigate Coup Against President
Attorney General William Barr has incorporated the CIA and National Intelligence into the investigation of who may have targeted Donald Trump illegally during the 2016 campaign. This revelation came on the heels of the announcement that he had placed U.S. Attorney John Dunham in charge of a special investigation into the matter. CNN’s Laura Jarrett stated that ist is ‘really bad news’ for Democrats.
AG Barr is working in close collaboration with CIA Director Gina Haspel, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
“Some news – AG Barr working closely with CIA Director Haspel, ODNI Director Coats and FBI Director Wray on surveillance issues related to Trump campaign – suggesting broader interagency effort underway” Jarrett tweeted.
There are now 5 major DOJ investigations into the actions of the Obama administration, ‘all things’ Hillary Clinton, and the origins of what many call a coup to remove a sitting president.
Trump often called for the Justice Department and others to review how the FBI began investigating the connection between his campaign and Russian meddling in the 2016 election. He told reporters Tuesday he did not direct Barr to call on intelligence agencies to join his review of the Russia probe.
“I didn’t ask him to do that,” Trump said at the White House ahead of his departure to Louisiana. “I didn’t know it.”

“But I think it’s a great thing that he did it. I saw it last night, and they want to look at how that whole hoax got started,” he continued. “You know what? I am so proud of our attorney general, that he is looking into it. I think it’s great.”
As CNN previously reported, US attorney John Durham in Connecticut is heading up the effort with Barr. The source said Durham and Barr are doing a comprehensive review, and Durham is with working with the Justice Department’s Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, as well.
At a hearing last month, Barr said, “I think spying did occur” on the Trump campaign, but declined to elaborate on his concerns.
“I think spying on a political campaign is a big deal,” Barr told Congress then.
The whole Democrat world seems to be coming down around them, although from the MSM you would never know it.
Joseph diGenova, a former U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, said last week that Inspector General Horowitz found that 3 FISA warrant extensions had been illegally obtained. He stated that Democrats were launching their investigations into President Trump to direct the public away from what Horowitz might find.
He stated, “They are doing that as a diversionary tactic away from the inevitable conclusions of the DOJ inspector general, Michael Horowitz, who, by the way, we have learned has concluded that the final three FISA extensions were illegally obtained. The only question now is whether or not the first FISA was illegally obtained.”
Senator Lindsey Graham has been pressing investigations as well, and also states that the Democrats are scared at this point as well.
What do we know? We know that the person in charge of investigating hated Trump’s guts. I don’t know how Mr. Mueller felt about Trump, but I don’t think anybody on our side believes that he had a personal animosity toward the president to the point he couldn’t do his job …
We’re going to, in a bipartisan way, I hope deal with Russia, but when the Mueller report is put to bed, and it soon will be, this committee is going to look long and hard at how this all started. We’re going to look at the FISA warrant process. Did Russia provide Christopher Steele the information about Trump that turned out to be garbage that was used to get a warrant on an American citizen, and if so, how did the system fail?
This is going to get very interesting, and greatly much so as we come closer to November 2020.
