City in Ilhan Omar’s district votes to eliminate Pledge of Allegiance
A city council meeting in Ilhan Omar’s district just voted to eliminate the Pledge of Allegiance before every meeting in order to make it a more welcoming environment and not to offend anyone. Reports TRENDING VIEWS: You know, this is America right? We love our country, our flag, and we are not offended by it.
Well, that’s not the case in St. Louis Park City where they just voted it out 5-0. This vote took place on June 17 and they all voted to drop the pledge. CBS local in Minnesota reported:
“In order to create a more welcoming environment to a diverse community, we are going to forgo saying the Pledge of Allegiance before every meeting,” said Council Member Tim Brausen
At the meeting, Brausen said members might recite it in the future if there’s an appropriate opportunity, like if Boy Scouts are there. Ellen Hertz, a business owner in the city, says she has no problem with the change, but doesn’t think it was necessary.
“In terms of what would offend people and what offends me, that’s not at the top of the list,” Hertz said.
Want to see the meeting in action? Here’s the video. It begins at minute 49 for you and skips to the ridiculous part where 5 people prove they don’t even love their country.
The pledge should stay. Every individual has a right to choose whether to recite it or not but all should be given a choice. These our new Generation “Z” parents because they are weaker than a pack of Kool-Aid in the ocean. If you don’t like saying the Pledge of Allegiance, please leave our beautiful country.
Fox News is confirming that freshman Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota “will soon learn the conclusions of an investigation into allegations that she violated campaign spending laws during her time as a state lawmaker — including using campaign money to pay for her divorce attorney and personal travel.”
37-year-old Omar, who immigrated to the United States with her family from Somalia in 1995, denied the allegations when they first came to fruition, claiming the payment she had made to attorney Carla Kjellberg, who was representing her in her divorce from her husband, “was merely a compensation for providing crisis management services during her run for the Minnesota state House, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported,” according to Fox.
Did Trump say Omar was married to her brother?
President Trump stuns reporters at the White House…"There's a lot of talk about the fact that she was married to her brother. I know nothing about it. I hear she was married to her brother."😲😲😲

President Trump is not perfect and there have been times where I have cringed over what he has said. This is not one of those times. The left is coming unglued over a tweetstorm from Trump against the “Squad” and he is, of course, being taken out of context once again. He taunted the four far-left first-term representative Democratic women this morning, telling them to go back and fix the places they came from before telling the rest of the country what to do. That’s not the same as just telling them to go back where they came from – context is everything here.
So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly……

Naturally, Democratic Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) tried to flip the script on Trump in her Twitter reply and blame him for the corruption and lawlessness at the southern border. She accused him of purposely instilling fear while being driven by anger. What she is blathering about has nothing to do with Trump’s tweets. The woman is not a skilled politician or much of anything else other than a moron. Pelosi and the “Squad” deserve each other as far as I’m concerned.
Tlaib tweeted out a call for impeachment in response to Trump’s comments and said he represents the real crisis, not the immigration issues on the southern border. Another non-sequitur response and deeply stupid and self-serving to boot.
….and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how….

The president’s remarks seemed to be aimed at Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who is from Somalia. On Friday, Omar said the president “shouldn’t be in office,” responding to his similar criticism of her, after questions from drooling reporters. Earlier this month, Omar told an audience of high school students that the U.S. was failing to keep its promise to be a just society. Trump’s comment very much applies to Omar and Somalia where the government is absolutely corrupt and dysfunctional. She tears down America but gives her home country a pass. The truth hurts in this case but is nevertheless accurate.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is at it yet again. You’ll recall she called for the defunding of the Department of Homeland Security and ICE previously. Now, she is standing up and claiming she is outraged over the detention conditions on the U.S.-Mexico border. She called the conditions that illegal aliens were being detained in “abhorrent and inhumane” and a “reflection” of “white nationalism.”
“This is abhorrent and inhumane,” Omar tweeted concerning the conditions in which a group of detained migrants is being kept. “It’s without a doubt a reflection of what white nationalism is doing to our country. As a country, we have to acknowledge that this is how people are being treated here and decide that we are better and we must do better.” Again, she’s saying it’s all Trump’s fault which it isn’t. I would remind her that Obama put illegal immigrant children in actual cages. She’s railing against something that the left is to blame for.
Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District led by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D) is the terrorist recruitment capitol of the United States, according to FBI statistics. The Somali American community there is terrorism-central it would seem. FOX News is reporting that “more men and boys from a Somali American community in Minneapolis have joined – or attempted to join – a foreign terrorist organization over the last 12 years than any other jurisdiction in the country.”
“First Member of Congress to ever describe terrorists who killed thousands of Americans on 9/11 as ‘some people who did something,’” Crenshaw, of Texas, wrote in a tweet. “Unbelievable.”
In an appearance at a fundraiser for C.A.I.R., Democrat freshman congresswoman Democrat Ilhan Omar minimized the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.” Congressman (And Texan) Dan Crenshaw did not take too kindly to the disrespect. The former United States Navy SEAL who lost an eye while fighting in Afghanistan let Omar have it!

Crenshaw was responding a speech Omar made last month at a fundraiser for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) Omar was urging Muslim Americans to “make people uncomfortable” with their activism and brought up the al Qaeda attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people.
“CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something, and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties,” said Omar, one of two Muslim women serving in Congress.
