‘SHOOT YOURSELVES!’ is the message members of Antifa shouted to police officers in Portland trying to keep the peace during protests over the weekend. More than two dozen local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and the Federal Protective Service, are in Portland to help police monitor the protests.

President Trump said “major consideration” is being given by his administration to designating the far-left antifa movement a terrorist organization, as the city of Portland, Ore., prepares for dueling protests between right-wing demonstrators and antifa on Saturday.

Major consideration is being given to naming ANTIFA an “ORGANIZATION OF TERROR.” Portland is being watched very closely. Hopefully the Mayor will be able to properly do his job!

Ahead of the rally, Democratic Mayor Ted Wheeler said Friday on Fox News’ “Outnumbered Overtime” said he’s confident “from a law enforcement perspective, we’re going to have all the tools and the resources and personnel we need.”

“We support people’s rights to demonstrate,” Wheeler said. “But we don’t care about who you are or your politics are. If you engage in violence in this city, you will be held accountable.”

The self-described anti-fascists have vowed to confront the rally while leaders from the far-right urged their followers to turn out in large numbers to protest the arrests of six members of right-wing groups in the run-up to the event. Members of antifa often cover their faces with masks, making it harder to identify them.

Every member of the fascist group needs to be locked up or just sent to an island somewhere until they can understand how good they have it in America.

Authorities asked residents not to call 911 unless it’s a life-threatening emergency and to stay away from the heart of downtown. Some city streets will be closed Saturday, as well as a major bridge connecting the east and west sides of the city.

The self-described anti-fascists have vowed to confront the rally while leaders from the far-right urged their followers to turn out in large numbers to protest the arrests of six members of right-wing groups in the run-up to the event. Members of antifa often cover their faces with masks, making it harder to identify them.

Patriot Prayer’s Joey Gibson, who is not involved in this weekend’s event but organized similar rallies in 2017 and 2018 that erupted in clashes, surrendered Friday on an arrest warrant for felony rioting. He was at a confrontation that broke out on May 1 outside a bar where members of the antifa movement had gathered after a May Day demonstration.

In a video he livestreamed on Facebook, Gibson accused the police of playing politics by arresting him but not the masked demonstrators who beat up conservative blogger Andy Ngo at a June 29 rally that drew national attention to this small, liberal city.

Andy Ngo is a very brave journalist who takes a stand against communist Antifa every chance he gets and this time it cost him. The police were nowhere to be found until after Antifa beat Andy, robbed him, and sent him to the hospital. In fact, the media was inciting Antifa to attack those such as Andy with milkshakes as is the leftist bent in Europe these days. It’s disgraceful. One of their weapons of choice was reportedly a milkshake filled with quick-drying cement.

Shortly before 1 pm yesterday, Andy was viciously assaulted by Antifa members in Portland, Oregon. He took punches and kicks while being pelted with milkshakes and being sprayed with toxic crap in the face. “Attacked by antifa. Bleeding. They stole my camera equipment. No police until after. waiting for ambulance. If you have evidence Of attack please help,” wrote Ngo, who is an editor for Quillette.

One leftist reported the attack and told Ngo he “wanted” to get attacked and had gone to the protest “to antagonize” the members of Antifa. Others enthusiastically cheered the attack. This hardly made the news but should have been everywhere. Ngo could have been easily killed and yet crickets from the media and it was obvious the police were told to stand down here.

“There should be no debate over the importance of eradicating fascism, and of confronting its agents when they poke their ugly heads out into the commons. That the latest means of doing so involves both the public humiliation of racists and one of nature’s most delicious frosty treats is pure poetry in motion,” wrote Kim Kelly for VICE.

“The milkshake knows no triangulation. It has no truck with ‘legitimate concerns.’ It reminds everyone that these grotesques aren’t ‘normal’; that they are purveyors of hate and guzzlers of largesse from the transnational rich,” wrote Aditya Chakrabortty in The Guardian.

“Getting doused in a milkshake robs far-right figures of the air of chauvinistic invulnerability that they spend so much time cultivating,” Matt Ford wrote in his article, “Why Milkshaking Works” published by The New Republic.

“The target of said milkshake attack, which conservatives are already bemoaning as a sign of the end of civilization, was Rep. Matt Gaetz, who was pelted with a shake in his Florida district on Saturday, according to WKRG. Don’t worry, there’s video,” wrote Sophie Weiner for Splinter News, celebrating the first time a milkshake was thrown toward a right-wing politician in the U.S.

“CBS This Morning co-host Tony Dokoupil laughed about the incidents: “In the latest of a series of attacks on right-wing politicians, Brexit Party Leader Nigel Farage was doused with a milkshake yesterday. That was actually salted caramel if anyone is wondering.”

“I’m sure it feels great. I’m sure people love the feeling. Pictures fly around the world,” he added.

“Pro-censorship Vox blogger and LGBT activist Carlos Maza issued a ringing endorsement for milkshaking as well.”

“Ian Miles Cheong wrote at Human Events that the attack happened while the Rose City Antifa group protested against a group of right-wing provocateurs known as the Proud Boys (who have also become violent at their protests). Cheong reported that police “responded to the demonstrations by cordoning off various intersections and preventing the groups from clashing.”

“Earlier in the day, Ngo had been hit by a milkshake, which has become some kind of protest symbol in recent months. Video from the attack, uploaded by Oregonian reporter Jim Ryan, showed milkshakes were thrown at Ngo as he was assaulted by a group of men, some of whom wore masks and filmed their attack.

“First skirmish I’ve seen,” Ryan tweeted. “Didn’t see how this started, but @MrAndyNgo got roughed up.”

“The video shows members of Antifa punching and kicking Ngo, while others throw milkshakes and shoot him with silly string. Ngo does not fight back, but another man does try to defend him. Ngo then walks away from the group but is followed. Another member of Antifa — which ironically stands for “anti-fascist” — pelts him with a milkshake while others film and taunt the journalist. One woman in the crowd can be heard yelling, “F*** you, Andy!”

“Earlier, Ryan posted footage of Antifa members dancing in the back of a truck and pouring milkshakes for participants to throw.

“After the attack, Ngo posted a video to Periscope that showed him covered in milkshake with cuts and bruises on his face and around his eyes. He reiterated that no police officers helped defend him during the attack, but paramedics tended to his wounds after.

“Ngo has been previously attacked for covering Antifa demonstrations. The Daily Caller’s Chuck Ross reported that Ngo claimed to have been attacked while at the gym on May 7 by a man he recognized from the Antifa rallies. A week earlier, he was attacked with mace while covering one of the rallies.

“In mid-November 2018, Ngo was assaulted by members of Antifa at a #HimToo rally, which was designed to raise awareness of male victims of sexual assault and men who are falsely accused of sexual assault. Antifa showed up and became violent. Ngo was “verbally berated and physically accosted,” reported The Daily Wire’s Amanda Prestigiacomo. Ngo’s camera equipment was also covered in silly string. Ngo said police did nothing during that assault.

“In early December, Ngo wrote at the Wire that he received death threats while attending another rally. He said he was pushed and verbally berated there as well. In each instance, other members filmed the attack.”

I hope Andy can afford security because I would take those death threats to heart. He’s a courageous guy but at some point, his life is going to be forfeited if this keeps up. The mayor and police won’t do their jobs because the powers-that-be want to send a message to the right here. This isn’t the America I know and love. It’s fascist, violent, and a ticking time bomb.

There were hundreds of violent protesters here who were given the run of the event and were allowed to violently attack Ngo. They circled him like a pack of hyenas and closed in. They swarmed Andy. This is the true face of the communist left. You don’t hear a lot about Antifa these days but they are very active and increasingly violent.

Andy Ngo was severely beaten here and I saw one exchange where he asked the police exactly where they were while he was being beaten. This just makes my blood boil. The event, if it can even be called that, was the “Community Self-Defense Against Proud-Boy Attack” protest, staged by Antifa in Portland. Andy Ngo is a frequent documenter of Antifa activity and he was specifically named by the group in their pre-protest organizing. He had a target on his back from the beginning.

“I just got beat up by the crowd, with no police at all, in the middle of the street,” Ngo said.

“Where the hell were all of you,” he is heard asking the police officer. He is also heard saying he was assaulted twice earlier in the day and reported both incidents to the police with no response.

He said he was hit by milkshakes and hit on the back of his head as well.

As TheBlaze pointed out, “The attack and subsequent emergency vehicle, police intervention did not slow Antifa, nor compel the Portland police to stop the protest, which was illegally blocking traffic in downtown, something they do fairly regularly in the extremely progressive city. Listen to this Antifa militant shouting “fall back” as if they are conducting military action. That sort of paramilitary delusion is also a hallmark of the group.”

Ngo is a true journalist – he’s not paid to write propaganda. He goes to the front lines to get the story and puts his life on the line to do so. For the record, Ngo is Asian and gay. He’s never done anything bigoted and is simply trying to cover a story worth covering.

Does anyone really think this will end well at some point? A major confrontation is coming and it will be violent and will more closely resemble communist confrontations (which this is) than American ones. A reminder… Antifa is huge in Germany and Europe and they actually rule entire towns there. Welcome to progressive Portland.
