BloodThirsty ACLU And Plan Parenthood Sue Iowa So They Can Keep Murdering Babies

Pro-abortion groups are taking Iowa to court over a bill that effectively bans abortions after the six week mark.

Earlier this week, Planned Parenthood and the ACLU filed a lawsuit against the state of Iowa in order to halt the implemenation of a law that would generally prevent pregnant women from accessing an abortion unless in cases of rape, incest, or if the mother’s life would be put in danger to carry the child to term.

What Is The ‘Heartbeat Abortion Law’?

The Republicans who sponsored the law, which bans abortions after six weeks when a heartbeat can be detected in a fetal baby, figured that they would be taken to court. In fact, the sponsors of the bill are looking forward to the ligitation because it will allow them to take shots at the 1973 Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade. Roe v. Wade used a version of the Constitution I must not have, because the Court decided that there was a Constitutional right to murder your kids for the purpose of birth control.

If the ACLU and Planned Parenthood are successful, their injunction (temporary stoppage) against the law could kick the ball down the line for years.

The bill was debated all last month and was signed a few weeks ago by Governor Kim Reynolds.

According to Reynolds’ spokeswoman,

“We knew there would be a legal fight, but it’s worth having to protect innocent life.”

With the bill signed, the law is due to take effect on July 1st, 2018.

Current Abortion Laws in Iowa

According to the website, Iowa Right To Life, there are several abortion-related laws in the state.

The Parental Notification Law states that a physician performing an abortion on a minor must notify at least one parent.

The Partial-birth Abortion Prohibition states that a person must not knowingly “perform or attempt to perform a partial-birth abortion, which is defined as an abortion in which a person partially vaginally delivers a living fetus before killing the fetus and completing the delivery,” except in rare cases of the mother’s life being endangered.

The Ban on Third Trimester Abortions states that there shall be no abortions after 6 months of pregnancy, except in cases of the health of the mother, making it a very difficult to enforce law. The “health” of the mother does not necessary mean that mom has to have her life endangered, and can include mental health.

The Medicaid Funding of Abortions alters the ability of Medicaid to fund the death of the child, in the cases of the mother’s life being endangered should the child be carried to term, or if the pregnancy was the result of incest or rape, or if the fetus has a certain family of deformations or diseases.

As well, there are exceptions for doctors who refuse to perform abortions on religious or moral grounds, as well as clarification on the licenses required to perform them. Terminated pregnancies must be reported, and the murder of a baby who survives an abortion is to be considered a felony with upwards of 25 years in prison as a consequence. To help keep “unwanted” children alive, parents have up to two weeks to leave their infant at a health care facility anonymously without fear of being prosecuted for abandonment.

Left Wing Media Downplaying The Facts

With NBC calling it the “Nation’s most restrictive abortion law,” and NPR saying that “Groups” are filing a lawsuit against the “‘Heartbeat’ Abortion Law,” you have to scroll down a bit to see the two “groups” and the terms of restriction.

Planned Parenthood Sure Loves Abortion And Getting Kids To Have Sex

Recently, Planned Parenthood staged a gala celebrating their retiring President, a woman who has overseen nearly 4 million abortions during her tenure along with a transgender male-born actor named Laverne Cox.

While the push to label the group as “health care for women” continues, the mask often slips. In 2014, they had developed a phone app to pair with their services. While there are numerous phone apps marketed towards women, most of the menstruation apps are equipped for women who are looking to track weight gain on their period, or for women who are using the ovulation calculator to either conceive or to naturally avoid conception.

But the Planned Parenthood app was loaded with a “Love Personality Quiz” for 12-year-olds that returns a positive response to anyone who answers a question agreeing that “sex would feel good.”

While the app returned an answer saying that you should wait until you’re older, when has that¬†ever not been taken as a challenge to a pre-teen?
