Trump: ‘Never Said Anything Derogatory About Haitians.’

0

After the remark by Trump in a recent private meeting, the Democrats are acting all high and mighty as if they have never used a swear word before in their entire life, especially Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL). Be careful there! What goes around comes around. I’m not going to defend Trump’s language, but why don’t Democrats get real!? Let’s talk about the REAL issue: Democrats are DEFENDING Dreamers – illegal immigrants. Dreamers that are in our country illegally! Dreamers or illegal immigrants that are funded by American taxpayers!

After reports that Trump referred to “sh**hole” African nations in a meeting (that was not denied by The White House), the president has tweeted this morning that “this was not the language used.”

The language used by me at the DACA meeting was tough, but this was not the language used. What was really tough was the outlandish proposal made – a big setback for DACA!

Trump then followed up by claiming he “never said anything derogatory about Haitians other than Haiti is, obviously, a very poor and troubled country. Never said “take them out.” Made up by Dems. I have a wonderful relationship with Haitians. Probably should record future meetings – unfortunately, no trust!”

His tweet, denying the “sh**hole” comment follows an earlier series of tweets that slammed the proposed DACA proposal, and sought to explain his thinking about a bipartisan immigration plan that was presented on Thursday which would allow too many people in from “high crime” countries. He said that’s one of the key reasons why a bipartisan plan presented on Thursday is a nonstarter.

The so-called bipartisan DACA deal presented yesterday to myself and a group of Republican Senators and Congressmen was a big step backwards. Wall was not properly funded, Chain & Lottery were made worse and USA would be forced to take large numbers of people from high crime…..

….countries which are doing badly. I want a merit based system of immigration and people who will help take our country to the next level. I want safety and security for our people. I want to stop the massive inflow of drugs. I want to fund our military, not do a Dem defund….

….Because of the Democrats not being interested in life and safety, DACA has now taken a big step backwards. The Dems will threaten “shutdown,” but what they are really doing is shutting down our military, at a time we need it most. Get smart, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

On Thursday evening, reports broke that Trump had criticized the Gang of Six senators’ plan to reinstate TPS programs for El Salvador, Haiti, and some African nations.

“Why are we having all these people from sh**hole countries come here?” Trump said in the White House meeting with a group of senators, including Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.

Meanwhile, the comment sparked outrage among Democrats who did not hesitate to publicly slam Trump for what many said was a racist comment.

Senator Richard J. Durbin, Democrat of Illinois, said on Friday that the president did use the term “shithole” during the course of the meeting on immigration — which Mr. Durbin attended. The senator described Mr. Trump as saying “things which were hate-filled, vile and racist.”

“I cannot believe that, in the history of the White House in that Oval Office, any president has ever spoken the words that I personally heard our president speak yesterday,” Sen. Durbin said on Friday.

In the meantime, Sen. Cotton and Sen. Perdue, two Republican senators said they don’t recall those vulgar characterizations from the President.

“We do not recall the President saying these comments specifically but what he did call out was the imbalance in our current immigration system, which does not protect American workers and our national interest,” they said in a statement.

“We do not recall the President saying these comments specifically but what he did call out was the imbalance in our current immigration system, which does not protect American workers and our national interest,” they said in a statement.

This is just more of Democrats trying to pump up their narrative that President Trump is “unstable” or “mentally unfit”. The Democrats along with Sen. Durbin are willing to go to ANY LENGTHS to accomplish their mission of getting Donald Trump out of office. Now that their Russian collusion narrative isn’t working, they are pushing the ‘mentally unstable’ narrative in the MSM.

I think Rep. Louie Gohmert said it best,

‘I Won’t Defend His Language, But I Will Defend His Frustration’

“I mean here, we’ve got here, the only people they want to talk about being ‘Dreamers’ are people who came to the country illegally. People picture young, precious little people, and a lot of them are middle-aged.”
