Stepson of Roy Moore Accuser Calls Story a Lie, “I’ve Known the Woman” [Video]
So you’ve all heard of Judge Roy Moore by now. He’s been all over the news since he managed to win the race against Luther Strange in Alabama for the Republican candidate for the Senate. Now, Republican Establishment and Democrats are pulling a Clinton strategy “all or nothing” against Moore.
It is ‘game on’ for them. If you think they want a conservative man who has stood up for the Constitution and Bible in the Senate and won’t listen to the members of the DC swamp…you have another thing coming. This is an all out war against Moore in the press. Whether it’s true or not, they don’t care. It’s called ‘character assassination. It worked against Herman Cain and it worked against Ted Cruz. Now, it seems to be working against Alabama senatorial candidate Judge Roy Moore. in the last week has suffered a barrage of attacks including sexual assault accusations. If you think they’re done…think again.
On Monday, Beverly Young Nelson, 56, claimed Moore assaulted her when she was 16-years-old.
Beverly Young Nelson’s stepson, Darrel Nelson, posted a video on Facebook yesterday to tell America what he thinks of his stepmother’s claims.
“I’ve known the woman, she married my father many, many years ago. I’ve known her for a while now, and I truly do not believe that she’s being honest about this,” he said.
Darrel said he did not think his stepmother was telling the truth and wanted to set the record straight when he found out what she was doing.
“I don’t believe it,” he said about the accusations.
“I do believe you’re innocent,” he said to Moore, adding that he believed Beverly was “lying through her teeth.”
Darrel questioned the timing of his stepmother’s allegations, explaining that she had been in his family for a long time and this was the first time he had ever heard this story about Moore.
Acknowledging that he would probably get “some backlash” from his family, Darrel said he didn’t mind if it meant helping to clear Moore’s reputation.
Darrel also said that he stood behind Moore “100 percent” and would do anything he could to help the judge.
If Darrel Nelson is who he said he is, then his testimony could be damaging to Beverly Nelson and her story.
Nelson is one of the several women to make claims that Moore was sexually inappropriate with them.
As it stands now, none of these allegations have been proven, and Moore has denied all of them.
It wouldn’t be far-fetched to think that these allegations are an attempt to slander Moore’s reputation just before the special Senate election on Dec. 12 to fill current Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ vacant seat.
Beverly Young Nelson, 56, held a press conference in New York with embattled attorney Gloria Allred on Monday, alleging Judge Roy Moore sexually harassed her when she was 16 years old.
According to Beverly Young Nelson’s account reported by the Washington Examiner, “Moore offered to drive her home from work one night but instead parked in a “dark, deserted” part of a parking lot behind the restaurant where she worked. Nelson said Moore groped her and “began squeezing my neck attempting to force my head onto his crotch.”
Nelson begins the video by saying “Mr. Moore, I support you. I don’t believe the acts that she claims you’ve done — I don’t believe it.”
“You, Mr. Moore, your wife, I apologize for whatever reasons she is doing this i am truly sorry… I stand behind you 100%!”
“To my stepmother, whatever reason you did this, I have a few questions on this. Why did you wait so long if this did happen? You said you were a teenager when it happened, but here it is now, how many years later? And all of a sudden you’re going to bring it up when we voted him into the House and you trying to get him [taken] out? I’m not going to have.”
Later, Darrel Nelson acknowledged that he knew he was going to get backlash from his family, but said clearing up the false allegation is worth the trouble.
On Monday evening, Judge Moore vehemently denied Nelson’s accusations.
Here’s what he told the press:
JUDGE ROY MOORE: “Thank ya’ll for being here tonight. Thank-you to all the people have came out at this late hour and for being here. I want to address what’s been brought out on television today by Gloria Allred and a client she has about things I allegedly did. I want to make it perfectly clear, the people of Alabama know me, they know my character, they know what I’ve stood for in the political world for over 40-years. I can tell you without hesitation, this is absolutely false. I never did what she said I did. I don’t even know the woman. I don’t know anything about her. I don’t even know where the restaurant is or was. If you look at this situation you’ll see because I’m eleven or ten points or eleven points ahead, this race being just 28 days off, that this is a political maneuver and has nothing to do with reality. It’s all about politics.”
Sad, but true! No one should go into politics if they have ANYTHING to hide.
Even if you don’t have anything to hide, the Democrats or Republican Establishment will make it up!
Do you still believe the Donald Trump dossier? Hillary Clinton PAID Fusion GPS to create a FAKE file on Donald Trump. It didn’t work. Remember the locker room talk video…that video or audio was in possession of the MSM for YEARS, but they didn’t drop it until right near the end of the election.
The Democrats and Establishment threw EVERYTHING at Trump, but it didn’t work. They attacked his character and tried to make the public believe he was a racist pig. It didn’t work. Clinton really thought she had the presidency in the bag…and so did the Democrats.
Now all the dirty laundry is coming out about the Obama administration, Comey and Clinton.
Gloria Allred? Seriously?
We don’t know if these allegations are true against Judge Roy Moore, but we have seen the dirty tricks of character assassination from Democrats and the Republican Establishment before on conservative candidates. It’s not the first and it won’t be the last.
Moore defeated Mo Brooks in the August Republican primary and Strange in the September runoff. Moore now faces Democrat challenger Doug Jones on Dec. 12.
The Senate Leadership Fund, an independent committee allied with McConnell spent nearly $9 million to elect Strange and attack his rivals. If the Republican Establishment spent $9 million against Roy Moore in a primary, how much do you think they are willing to spend in the primary? In addition, how much do you think the Democrats would spend? Follow the money!
Moore became the first Republican Senate candidate since the 2014 cycle to overcome a full-scale attack during the primary from allies of Republican leadership and the U.S. Chamber. They can’t be too happy.
According to a FOX10 poll released Tuesday, Moore leads Jones 49 to 43 percent, with 8 percent of likely voters saying they are undecided.
Let us know what you think of Darrel Nelson’s video. Who do you believe is telling the truth?
