The List Keeps Growing: Sylvester Stallone Accused of Horrific Sexual Assault of Teen
The sexual assault allegations list is getting hard to keep up with. Every single day it seems more accusations are coming to light; it is certainly a disturbing situation. I can’t even imagine how many people in Hollywood or Washington, D.C. are popping Xanax, anxiously waiting for their past to come knocking.
It stands to reason that for every victim who comes forward, there are many more who aren’t ready – yet. The number of abusers out there must be staggering and I hope they are shaking in their boots. Because the floodgates have surely opened and victims are feeling empowered to come forward.
Today we already added Senator Al Franken to the list for a disgusting photo of him fondling a sleeping woman in the service.
Hours later, came another big name, with a much darker accusation. Sylvester Stallone, father to 5, 3 of which are girls, one of which is only 15, is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl when he was 40. After the alleged assault, the victim says Stallone told her they (he and his bodyguard who took part in the assault) were both married and would have to “beat her head in” if she ever told anyone. Stallone was in L.A. filming the movie “Over the Top” at the time.

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – “A then-16-year-old girl accused actor Sylvester Stallone and his bodyguard of sexually assaulting her in a Las Vegas hotel room in the mid-1980s, according to a police report obtained by the Daily Mail Thursday.
The alleged incident occurred in July of 1986 while the victim was staying at the Las Vegas Hilton with family friends. The victim said she met Stallone, then age 40, while he was filming the movie “Over The Top” at the same hotel, according to the Daily Mail.
The girl claims that Stallone’s bodyguard, Michael De Luca, gave her the keys to Stallone’s hotel suite on the 27th floor and invited her up. She agreed and later went up to the suite, where she says she met Stallone and De Luca.
According to a Las Vegas police report, Stallone took her into a bedroom, where they had sex, while De Luca waited in the bathroom. Stallone then asked the victim if she had ever had a threesome, the report states. De Luca then entered the bedroom and the victim was forced into giving both men oral sex, the report reads. De Luca also had vaginal sex with her, the victim told police.
Following the alleged sexual assault, the victim said Stallone threatened her. He told her that if she said anything, they would have to “beat her head in,” the Daily Mail reports.
The girl eventually declined to press charges and signed a no-prosecution form. According to the report, she told police, “I’m humiliated and ashamed, but I don’t want to prosecute.”
In September of 2013, De Luca was shot and killed by police in the Ventura County town of Port Hueneme during a confrontation in which he told officers he was armed, although no weapon was later found.
Stallone did not immediately issue a statement on the matter.”
This is not the only time Stallone has been accused of sexual misconduct. According to the Daily Mail, “The bombshell police report was made a year before Stallone’s half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti, threatened him with a lawsuit in 1987, alleging that Stallone raped her and sexually assaulted her for years. Although court documents show the actor ‘vigorously denied and continues to deny and dispute all claims of wrongdoing’, he agreed to give Filiti a lump sum of $2 million, as well as $16,666 a month for the rest of her life.”
We are living in a fallen world. Daily we are seeing more and more evidence of how bad it really is out there. The moral degradation of this country is a result of a liberal philosophy that says “if it feels good, do it.” We are seeing the consequences of years of sexualizing children, encouraging sexual deviance, ignoring any sense of a moral compass.
This cascade of revelations about these men who have brazenly assaulted women is not going to stop anytime soon. By speaking out, the victims are doing a painful, but helpful service to society. Not only are the perverts being exposed (no pun intended), but future perverts are on notice: the days of getting away with this behavior are over.
