WATCH: Democrat Congresswoman Returns From Syria with PROOF Obama Funded ISIS, Exposes It LIVE On CNN!
Democrat congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard appeared on CNN after finding facts that she believes proves Obama’s involvement in funding ISIS and Al-Qaeda.
Gabbard went to Syria and was interviewed by CNN afterwards with Jake Tapper. Then, she unloaded with information about Obama and ISIS that Tapper didn’t want to hear.
Tulsi Gabbard revealed solid proof that the Obama administration was funding the terrorist groups.
She stated that Syrians “expressed happiness and joy at seeing an American walking their streets.”
But they also wanted to know “Why is it that the United States, its allies and other countries, are providing support, are providing arms to terrorist groups like Al-Nusra, Al-Qaeda, and ISIS, who are on the ground there, raping, kidnapping, torturing, and killing the Syrian people?”
“When the opportunity arose to meet with him, I did so because I felt that it’s important that if we profess to truly care about the Syrian people, about their suffering, then we’ve got to be able to meet with anyone that we need to if there is a possibility that we can achieve peace,” the Hawaiian congresswoman said.
When asked by Tapper whether she had reservations about meeting with Assad, who is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Syrian civilians, Gabbard said there has to be a dialogue between the U.S. and Syria.
“Whatever you think about President Assad, the fact is that he is the President of Syria,” she said. “In order for any peace agreement, in order for any possibility of a viable peace agreement to occur there has to be a conversation with him.”
“My commitment is on ending this war that has caused so much suffering to the Syrian people, to these children, to these families, many of whom I met on this trip,” Gabbard said.
Jake Tapper, responded with: “Obviously the United States government denies providing any sort of help to the terrorist groups you are talking about; they say they provide help for the rebel groups.“
Gabbard then responded to Tapper saying, “The reality is, Jake, and I’m glad you bought up that point. Every place that I went, every person I spoke to, I asked this question to them. And without hesitation, they said ‘There are no moderate rebels. Who are these moderate rebels that people keep speaking of?’
If this isn’t definitive proof Obama helped ISIS gain power, I don’t know what is!
“Regardless of the name of these groups, the strongest fighting force on the ground in Syria is Al-Nusra or Al-Qaeda and ISIS. That is a fact. There are a number of different other groups, all of them are fighting alongside, with or under the command of the strongest group on the ground that is trying to overthrow Assad.”
Gabbard, who is a member of the House Armed Services and Foreign Affairs Committee, recently introduced legislation that would prohibit sending federal funds to nations that support terrorist groups.
The U.S. government claims it does not fund these groups and only provides assistance to so-called moderate rebels. However, Gabbard said the Syrians she met with told her that there are no moderate rebels in the country.
“Let the Syrian people themselves determine their future, not the United States, not some foreign country,” Gabbard said.
