H.R. McMaster On The Warpath: Concluded Susan Rice Did Nothing Wrong in Unmasking Requests
H.R. McMaster needs to go for a whole list of reasons. President Trump’s National Security Adviser is on the warpath it would seem. First off, he has deemed that Susan Rice did nothing wrong when she unmasked hundreds of people… many of which were Trump transition officials. This revelation comes from two intelligence officers. It is also obvious that McMaster is firing Trump loyalists and has a big hate on for Steve Bannon.
Why was this guy ever even chosen? Both those that like Trump and those who don’t want this guy gone. He is doing exactly the opposite of what President Trump has on his agenda. Trump’s views on Rice are in direct opposition to McMaster’s. McMaster allowed Rice to retain her security clearance even after the unmasking was uncovered.
He sent an official letter to Rice that stated she would maintain unfettered access to classified information, according to a report from Circa’s Sara Carter. President Trump was not aware of this according to two White House officials and an intelligence official. At least one official questioned Rice’s access considering she was part of an ongoing investigation into her activities and the unmasking of Trump officials’ conversations with Russia during the presidential transition.
McMaster has begun a staffing purge within the Trump administration and it’s not leakers or Obama loyalists. It’s Trump loyalists he is taking aim at. It has thrown the White House into chaos according to more than half a dozen Trump administration insiders. The Washington Free Beacon is reporting that McMaster has been targeting long-time Trump loyalists who were clashing with career government staffers and holdovers from the Obama administration. He’s giving cover to Deep-Staters.
The Trump loyalists fired by McMaster had repeatedly clashed with career government staffers and holdovers from the Obama administration on issues as diverse as military strategies for Syria and Afghanistan… whether to tear up Obama’s landmark Iran deal, the controversial détente with Cuba, the US role in confronting Islamic radicalism or the Paris Climate Accord, according to these sources. More purges are in process and I suggest President Trump stop this and reverse it before irreparable damage is done to his administration.
A great deal of this has to do with the Iran nuclear deal. Those opposing it are being eliminated. Those who were most loyal to Trump during his campaign are also being shoved out. It’s also being reported that James Mattis had to intervene in an argument last month between Bannon and McMaster. It was during a policy meeting on Afghanistan. McMaster removed Bannon from the National Security Council’s principals committee shortly after he was appointed. Chief of Staff John Kelly has reportedly told McMaster that he wants him to stay on board as national security adviser and has authorized him to make any staffing changes he wants.

“Everything the president wants to do, McMaster opposes,” a former senior official said in a wide-ranging interview. “Trump wants to get us out of Afghanistan — McMaster wants to go in. Trump wants to get us out of Syria — McMaster wants to go in. Trump wants to deal with the China issue — McMaster doesn’t. Trump wants to deal with the Islam issue — McMaster doesn’t. You know, across the board, we want to get rid of the Iran deal — McMaster doesn’t. It is incredible to watch it happening right in front of your face. Absolutely stunning.” One former official has characterized McMaster as a “sycophant” of retired Army Gen. David Petraeus.
Jerusalem Post columnist Caroline Glick said this week that National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster is purging pro-Israel staff from the National Security Council (NSC), turning the administration against President Donald Trump’s policies. That has to be stopped immediately. Glick contends that McMaster is deeply hostile to both Israel and Trump. In a Facebook post, she noted that “all of these people” whom McMaster has fired this week — Rich Higgins, Derek Harvey and Ezra Cohen-Watnick — “are pro-Israel and oppose the Iran nuclear deal, positions that Trump holds.”
From Caroline Glick:
According to senior officials aware of his behavior, he constantly refers to Israel as the occupying power and insists falsely and constantly that a country named Palestine existed where Israel is located until 1948 when it was destroyed by the Jews.
Many of you will remember that a few days before Trump’s visit to Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – בנימין נתניהו and his advisers were blindsided when the Americans suddenly told them that no Israeli official was allowed to accompany Trump to the Western Wall.
What hasn’t been reported is that it was McMaster who pressured Trump to agree not to let Netanyahu accompany him to the Western Wall. At the time, I and other reporters were led to believe that this was the decision of rogue anti-Israel officers at the US consulate in Jerusalem. But it wasn’t. It was McMaster.
And even that, it works out wasn’t sufficient for McMaster. He pressured Trump to cancel his visit to the Wall and only visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial — ala the Islamists who insist that the only reason Israel exists is European guilt over the Holocaust.
McMaster is replacing pro-Israel, pro-Trump staffers with anti-Israel, anti-Trump, Obama-loving asshats. I agree with Glick… Trump should fire McMaster.

One of the staffers fired was Rich Higgins. He served as a Director for Strategic Planning for the White House National Security Council before he was fired on July 21st by McMaster. Higgins’ crime was exposing the marriage between the radical left and their Muslim Brotherhood allies (sometimes described as the “Red-Green Axis”) and their deep, ongoing influence in the federal government.
Frank Gaffney is the founder and president of the Center for Security Policy, a Washington-based national security policy think tank. He had this to say:
“Since he took the job of National Security Advisor, McMaster has systematically undermined the President’s policies, reportedly leaked sensitive information and hired Obama hold-overs and others hostile to the Trump agenda, while firing a number of those loyal to it.”
Designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terror organization would, as DHS Whistle-blower Philip Haney said in the Enemies Within, “…send a shock-wave throughout the pro-Shariah, pro-jihadist Islamic world without firing a single shot or dropping a bomb anywhere in the world.” McMaster is directly opposed to this.
Taking all this into consideration, McMaster is definitely an enemy within and should be removed from his position. He is pro-Obama, pro-Deep State, pro-Iran and pro-Muslim Brotherhood. President Trump needs to get rid of him and fast.
