This is another senseless hate crime brought on by not only the media and the Democrats, but #BlackLives Matter.
This law enforcement officer gave her life serving her community. She was protecting citizens in the Bronx from thugs when she was “assassinated” in cold blood from behind.
The shooter was just a thug with a previous police record which included beating up officers with brass knuckles!
H/T Western Journalism:
A veteran NYPD officer was murdered while sitting in her patrol car in the Bronx early Wednesday in what has been described by one law enforcement official as an “assassination.”
The officer has been identified as Miosotis Familia, a 12-year veteran of the New York Police Department.
Alexander Bonds, 34, approached Familia and shot her in the head through the window without warning at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, law enforcement sources told the New York Post.
“This is absolutely an unprovoked attack,” NYPD Commissioner James P. O’Neill said.
Two officers shot and killed Bonds after he allegedly drew a revolver when he was confronted about a block away from the scene.
A bystander was shot in the stomach during the firefight but is currently in stable condition at a local hospital.
The unprovoked attacked appeared to be a deliberate “cop assassination,” one law enforcement source told the Post.
The motive for the attack is currently unknown, but Bonds had previously expressed his hatred for police on social media, according to the Post.
According to the NYPD, Bonds was a convicted criminal, whose previous crimes allegedly included beating up a police officer with brass knuckles, as well as robbery. Bonds was released from prison on parole in 2013, the Post said.
Familia, a 48-year-old-mother of three children, had just returned to full duty last month after being out sick with a leg injury, according to sources.
“She was quiet and very into her family,” a source told the Post. “She adored her children. She was a good cop and well liked by everyone who worked with her.”
Patrick Lynch, the president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, hailed Familia as a hero Wednesday morning.
“Police officer Miosotis Familia, the mother of three, gave her life protecting a neighborhood that had been plagued by gang gun violence. Fully knowing the dangers that she faced, she suited up in uniform everyday and stood tall against those who threaten and terrorize the good folks of the Bronx,” Lynch said in a statement.
“Police officer Familia now joins the exclusive ranks of women who have heroically served and died in the line of duty. We will keep her in our hearts and minds as we do all of the women and men who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the city they loved.”
In an earlier audio released you can hear another officer, Familia’s partner as he calls and asks for backup.
“Shots fired,” the officer screamed into his radio.
He can then be heard yelling, “I need a f—–g bus! 10-85 10-85! My partner’s shot! My partner’s shot! My partner’s shot! Hurry up central!”
Miosotis Familia lost her life as she was serving and protecting her community. Three children lost their mother to a senseless crime involving a police officer who was assassinated by a thug on a mission.
Bonds was fatally shot after exchanging gunfire with officers after he fled the scene of the attack on Familia.
In an article from Heavy.com:
Bonds made several posts about police on his Facebook page in the past year.
In another post seemingly about police, in October, he wrote, “Its because they feel the above what they should which is the law but they are not the law SMFH.”
In September 2016, he posted a video titled “Mad as Hill,” in which he talked about police and his time in prison.
“Police man. Those that been up north know man, that police is f*ggots,” he said in the video. “Don’t think every brother, cousin, uncle you got that get killed in jail is because of a blood or crip or Latin King killing them. Nah, police be killing them and saying that an inmate killed them.”
In another part of a video, Bonds says,
“I’m not playing, Mr. officer. I don’t care about 100 police watching this. … I got broken ribs for a reason, son, we gonna shake. We gonna do something. We can’t be dying for free, getting raped for free, just for them to give you hush money. Is you stupid? I don’t want the money. I want justice. … I’m not hesitating. It ain’t happening. I wasn’t a b**ch in jail and I’m not going to be a b**ch in these streets.”
Our hearts and prayers are with the NYPD and especially the family and friends of Miosotis Familia who gave her life in the line of duty.
