United Nations To Trump: Repeal Of ObamaCare Against ‘Global Law’!

The United Nations has sent a letter to President Trump stating that if he repeals ObamaCare that it could be breaking ‘Global Law’!

Oh Hell No!

There is no ‘Global Law’ and the United Nations is out of their minds!

The United Nations has sent a letter to President Trump stating that if he repeals ObamaCare that it could be breaking 'Global Law'! Oh Hell No!

The Washington Post reported that in an “urgent appeal” the United Nations asked whether scrapping ObamaCare without a suitable replacement would violate global law in a Feb. 2 memo. It was sent from the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner on Human Rights (OHCHR) in Geneva.

“Recent reports have assessed the negative impact that this reform may have on the right to health of almost 30 million people in the U.S.,” the letter says.

“I wish to express serious concern over the impact of these measures on the rights to the enjoyment of the highest sustainable standard of physical and mental health and the right to social security of the people in the United States of America.”

Dainius Puras, the “special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health,” signed the memo.

Puras’s memo was sent to the State Department. The OHCHR also asked that copies go to majority and minority congressional leaders.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell all told the Post that they had not seen the letter.

The State Department says that they had not seen the letter either.

When they all do, there better be one simple answer. There is NO GLOBAL LAW!

The United States is a sovereign nation and we do not bow to the worthless United Nations. Trump has been clear that he understands that the United Nations has very little benefit to the US. This is one more great example as to why they should be booted to the curb.

What is global law?

The United Nations is referring to what economist Walter Williams calls “positive rights.”

“Positive rights is a view that people should have certain material things. Medical care, decent housing and food. Whether they can pay for them or not doesn’t matter.” Williams writes. “Seeing as there is no Santa Claus or tooth fairy, those rights do impose obligations upon others. If one person has a right to something he did not earn, of necessity it requires that another person not have a right to something he did earn.”

The problem is clear.

“After all, if one person does not have the money to purchase food, housing or medicine and if Congress provides the money, where does it get the money?” Williams asks. “It takes it from some other American, forcibly using that person to serve the purposes of another.”

There’s a great deal of that kind of thinking in United Nations documents. It is socialism in it’s purest form.

Venezuela will show you where this type of thinking concludes. They are now forcing citizens into slave labor to try to prop up it’s disastrous economy.

Cuba and East Germany are the best examples ever:

In the 90 miles of shark infested waters between Cuba and Florida, which direction are the people swimming on milk carton boats?

When the Berlin Wall fell, which way did the people run?

‘Global Law’ my….
