It’s no surprise Donald Trump is on course to ‘Make America Great Again’. Of course, he’d be doing it a lot faster if it weren’t for the sore losers or Democrats blocking his policies and stalling on his cabinet members to be approved. We’re not really suprised by it. Democrats expected Clinton to win and expected to be ‘in control’ still. Now like little crybabies they are throwing tantrums and stomping their feet like 2-year-olds.
The good news is, Donald Trump made campaign promises to the American voters and he intends to keep them. He promised to improve the economy, expand the military, bring back jobs, reform immigration and secure our borders, add a conservative judge to the Supreme Court, as well as, reduce taxes and create a smaller government among much more. It looks like he is on the path to do just that.
Of course, Democrats are not happy. President Obama in his final days, if you remember was on a hiring spree, like a kid in a candy shop. Many departments accelerated their hiring to bring on as many employees as possible before Trump’s inauguration. This was because Democrats and Obama knew that once Trump was President, there was going to be a hiring freeze on federal employees….and there was. Now that President Trump has said he will NOT fill hundreds of unfilled government positions, Democrats to be in a tizzy!
H/T Conservative Tribune:
President Donald Trump has been taking heat for not filling hundreds of appointed federal government jobs, but he recently revealed the true reason why he hasn’t done so — a reason conservatives will love.
In an interview with Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” that aired this week, Trump explained that his administration’s seemingly lack of political appointees has been an effort to shrink the size of the federal government.
“When I see a story about ‘Donald Trump didn’t fill hundreds and hundreds of jobs,’ it’s because, in many cases, we don’t want to fill those jobs,” he said.
When pressed on the fact that he has 600 empty positions, Trump doubled down on his reasoning behind the situation.
“A lot of those jobs, I don’t want to appoint, because they’re unnecessary to have,” the president explained. “You know, we have so many people in government, even me. I look at some of the jobs and it’s people over people over people. I say, ‘What do all these people do?’ You don’t need all those jobs.”
“Many of those jobs I don’t want to fill,” Trump said. “I say, isn’t that a good thing? That’s not a bad thing. That’s a good thing. We’re running a very good, efficient government.”

Refreshing to hear and see, isn’t it? A politician, President Trump, who wants to run an efficient and effective government, like a business should be run. The thing is…we’re just NOT use to that being done often enough in government.
