Soldiers Make Trip To The White House That Goes VIRAL After Trump Does THIS!

President Donald Trump is a lot of things, but one thing he is not is shy about is his affection and reverence for the military.
He goes above and beyond to show them that he cares and that they finally have a president who has their backs in the White House.

During his third week in office, President Trump dropped in for a lunch with young members of the military in Florida. He cheered the members of Central Command, Green Berets and their families for all they do.

From Conservative Tribune:
Reportedly, during his third week in office, Trump met with a class of Green Beret candidates and actually took them inside the Oval Office, “Halfway through the discussion, (Trump) said, ‘Hey — we’re not supposed to do this but follow me,’ and he brought them all into the Oval Office, took a group photograph around the Resolute desk, and then — throwing the schedules into a bit of a tizzy, said, ‘OK, that’s not good enough,’” Deputy Assistant to the President Sebastian Gorka explained. “He said, ‘everybody stand in the corner.’ They all stood in the corner, and one-by-one we took photographs they can take home to their family with each future Green Beret next to the president at the Oval Office desk,” Gorka explained. What makes this story even more amazing was the fact that Trump kept this Feb. 7 meeting private. No photos have been released, and the Trump-hating press pool didn’t report on it, even though it was announced a day before it occurred.

According to Conservative Tribune, Trump’s gesture is the first of it’s kind in the course of history. To invite the Green Beret candidates inside the Oval Office, had never been done before. It goes to show that Trump cares about each and every man or woman who puts on a uniform to protect this nation. This kind of respect for all branches of the military wouldn’t have happened under President Barack Obama. America can feel great pride to have President Trump represent how we feel about our service men and women. This experience is something none of those Green Berets will ever forget.
