Trump’s Attorney General Gives Racists the Death Penalty [VIDEO]

Donald Trump’s choice for Attorney General, Senator Jeff Sessions, is a fantastic choice for the job. You know Democrats recognize that because they’re out in force accusing him of being a racist and in an act of complete desperation the news media is on board. I love the smell of desperation in the morning.

Needless to say, they’re lying through their teeth.

Anyone who’s bothered to look at Sessions’ record would understand that, but Democrats and their media operatives with bylines can’t be bothered with facts.

Jeff Sessions comes from Alabama, and his actual record includes desegregating schools and declaring war on the KKK in Alabama. Sessions prosecuted KKK leader Henry Francis Hayes for kidnapping and murdering Michael Donald, a black teenager who was selected at random. As Alabama state Attorney General Sessions followed through and made sure that the death penalty that he had insisted on as a prosecutor was carried out. The civil suit that resulted from Sessions’ vigorous prosecution of Hayes resulted in a financial judgment that destroyed the KKK and Alabama.

Democrats have to reach back to 1986 when Ronald Reagan nominated Sessions for a seat on the federal judiciary. The Senate Judiciary Committee – controlled by Democrats – rejected him after hearing testimony that he had supposedly called the ACLU and the NAACP “un-American” and “communist inspired,” as well as making racist remarks.

Those accusations came from a black assistant U.S. attorney who worked for sessions and who said sessions called him “boy” and had a joke about how he thought the KKK was “okay until he found out they smoke pot.” Another assistant U.S. attorney defended Sessions and ultimately the charges were no more than hearsay.

That’s all it took for Senator Ted Kennedy to mount the charge to tank Sessions nomination one year before he used the same tactics to sink Robert Bork’s nomination to the Supreme Court.

There’s going to be a firestorm over Sessions’ nomination to replace the completely incompetent and totally racist Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch. Democrats will lead the charge but the media hacks have their back. Fortunately this time around, there are people like Tucker Carlson who actually know the truth and are willing to stand up for it.

Jonathan Allen writes for Roll Call, a far left “news” site that follows the Congress. He wrote a column arguing that Sessions is unfit for any cabinet post because he’s a racist. Watch as Tucker Carlson destroys him.

Note that Allen was unable to substantiate a single accusation being thrown around by the Democratic operatives with bylines who staff the mainstream media.

I love the part where Carlson pointed out that Jeff sessions represents a very diverse state, Alabama.

Carlson: “Can you name, in the 20 years he has served, 19 as senator, a single instance where he has mistreated someone on the basis of their race?”

Allen: [No answer from Allen]

Carlson: “I mean, this is just a total hack job here.”

[With reference to sessions comments about the NAACP]

Carlson: “I think the NAACP is a totally discredited group. Does that make me a racist? I mean let’s get back to reality a little bit.”

Carlson: “So why don’t you — since we’re on TV live — give me an example of an opinion that he has that is on the ideological fringe?”

Allen: [No answer]

Carlson: “Do you really think that Jeff Sessions is pro-KKK?”  Is that what you’re saying?”

Allen: “No, what I’m saying is –”

Carlson: “Oh, then what are you saying?”

Allen: [No answer]

Carlson: “You’re carrying water for the Democratic party, and you’re smearing this guy without engaging his ideas,” he added.

Game, set, match.

I’m looking forward to having a man who loves America, and all Americans, as our Attorney General. It will be a refreshing change from the last eight years.
