Did He Think We Wouldn’t Notice?

0

While most of us are extremely thrilled to see Obama leave office in January, he’s been busy planning his next move. After 8 years in office on a salary of $400,000, Obama will have at least 3 multi-milion dollar homes to choose from; not bad for a Golfer-in-Chief who’s leaving our country with over a $20 million debt.

That’s right! Our country may be in major debt, but Obama’s going to do just fine and will most likely be living “rent-free”. Let’s look at 3 of his choices for homes, shall we? Behind door #1, there’s the $53 million home in Washington. Then behind door #2, there’s the “Magnum P.I.” ocean-front home in Hawaii. And finally, there’s door #3, the newly purchased multi-million dollar home in Rancho Mirage, California. I know what you’re thinking, why wouldn’t Obama go back “home” to the “Windy City”?  Well, maybe the answer is just too obvious.

Let’s look at the run down of Obama’s choices.

H/T I Have The Truth:

Door #1: $5.3 million home, 8200 sq. ft home in Washington, DC in the Kalorama neighborhood. It’s an upscale neighborhood with DC elites and members of congress.

It’s an 8,200-square-foot brick Tudor, gated home boasting 9-bedrooms, 8 1/2 baths, a courtyard, a terrace, a formal garden, a two-car garage and parking for 10 vehicles.

Demographics: the Kalorama neighborhood is just 3.7 percent black — the rest of the city is more than 50 percent black.  While whites make up just 35% of the DC population, more than 71 % of Obama’s neighbors will be white.

Let’s move on shall we?

Door #2 – the “Magnum PI” Ocean-front home in Hawaii. This is $8.7 million, 11,000 sq. ft. home on Honolulu beach.

This is a 3-acre oceanfront luxury home with 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a gatehouse, a boat house, a four-car garage, a men’s and women’s bath house, tennis courts, 500 feet of beach frontage and a turtle pond.

Demographics: In the area of Waimanalo Beach, it’s about 50% Pacific-Islander, 13% White and .23% African-American.

Are you picking up on anything yet? Let’s move on, shall we?

Door #3: This home is located in Rancho Mirage, California. Listed at $4.7 million.

The home is located in a very upscale neighborhood of “world-class” golf courses. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths with an additional 2,000 sq ft casita.

Demographics: 88.7 percent of the population is White, with 81.7 percent registering as non-Hispanic white. In contrast, only 1.5 percent of the local population is African-American.

Here’s a president that lectured ALL of us on the importance of diversity, but his top 3 choices for homes for his post-presidency are located in all very upscale and white areas of elites with less than 4% African-American population.

Do you remember when President Obama said:

“Feel free to keep your house in the Hamptons and your corporate jet … I’m not concerned about how you’re living,” he said.

Why should he be? Afterall, he’s living among them!
