Will Black Churches Put Trump Over the Top? [VIDEO]

On the road to the White House Donald Trump may well do something that’s unthinkable. Well, unthinkable to Democrats and Establishment Republicans anyway. Trump may very well carry a larger segment of the black vote, more that any Republican in the last hundred years.

Even though current polling finds only 2% of black voters support Trump, Donald is making inroads in the black community where it matters. In church.

Churches like the Antioch Road to Glory International Ministries in Charlotte, North Carolina are publicly supporting Trump, going so far as to hold a town hall that they are billing as “A Day of Endorsement.” Trump wasn’t there personally but he was represented by his daughter-in-law, Lara.

If Trump can successfully go around the entrenched “black community leadership” of people like Al Sharpton and the NAACP, going directly to black voters he may have a good shot at getting more than 10% of the black vote.

5 black 1

Trump doesn’t need to get 40 or 50% of the black vote, 10 to 15% would crush the Democrats hold on that voting block.

Trump has a good message for Blacks and he’s the first Republican ever who’s got the courage to stand up before a black audience and tell them that the Democrats have been keeping them enslaved to the government dole. It’s a strong message and it could be well received from a courageous messenger.
