A Texas judge has dismissed the insane charge against David Daleiden for the Center for Medical Progress undercover sting videos that exposed Planned Parenthood last year!
“This is a huge win for the pro-life movement,” said his attorney Jared Woodfill.
Daleiden maintained from the very start beginning that the Center for Medical Progress followed all applicable laws during its investigation.
The judge ruled that the court does not have jurisdiction over the case. The judge ruled that the indictment was based on Texas Penal Code section 48.02 but the indictment did not reference the exception named within the Penal Code section. The judge ruled that “The indictment’s failure to negate this exception renders it void.” A prosecutor must negate the existence of this exception and prove beyond a reasonable doubt the defendant’s conduct does not fall within the exception.
This is another HUGE win against insanity! This comes on the heels of U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn reporting that Congress discovered evidence that StemExpress and Planned Parenthood have both violated the Federal regulations in the baby part selling scandal.
They also discovered evidence that Planned Parenthood pressured women to agree to donate their aborted babies’ body parts.
For months Planned Parenthood has fought the further release of a series of damning undercover videos, admitting that they had sold baby parts.
See the whole disgusting undercover video for yourself. This is not the end. The Center for Medical Progress has thousands of hours of video.

The video shows the President of Planned Parenthood’s Medical Director’s Council, Mary Gatter, saying that she does not want to “lowball” the prices of aborted fetal parts.
Gatter said she “wouldn’t object” to asking the Planned Parenthood surgeon to use a “less crunchy” abortion technique. That doing that would “increase the odds” that they could get the parts intact.
Gatter and the investigators eventually agree on $100 per specimen.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Gatter jokes, “I want a Lamborghini!”.
