Donald Trump is involved in a class-action lawsuit over “Trump U.” The judge presiding over the case is a Mexican-American who is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, a legal group that is not directly affiliated with the National Council of La Raza but they do have ties to the racist organization. “La Raza” translates into English as “the race” and is the Mexican equivalent of “Black Lives Matter” on steroids.
U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel is a member of “La Raza Lawyers of San Diego” and listed his membership when he was nominated to his judgeship.
The law firm representing the plaintiffs in the “Trump U” case have sponsored La Raza Lawyers events.
The website of the La Raza Lawyers Association of California lists the National Council of La Raza as an affiliate.
The group traces it’s heritage back to the early 70s and to a Mexican radical separatist group that supports the mythical idea of an Aztec nation that comprises most of the southwest.
The San Diego La Raza Lawyers group, in 2014, presented a college scholarship to an illegal alien and bragged about that particular fact in a brochure.
Recently in San Diego a Donald Trump rally was attacked by a group of “protesters” who tried to storm the rally and one of them tried to steal a gun from a cop.
That group wasn’t necessarily sponsored by La Raza but their ideologies are in perfect harmony. It’s worthwhile noting that in most of the Trump protests you’ll see the Mexican flag flying prominently.
The bottom line here is that Donald Trump wants to build a wall on the southern border and he wants to deport illegal aliens.
The judge presiding over his case is a member of a group that is affiliated with a Mexican separatist group and while they say they don’t support the violence at Trump rallies they certainly are one with the ideologues who are violently opposing Donald Trump.
Will Trump get a fair trial? That remains to be seen, but the judge has no intention of stepping down from the case.
It’s going to be a very long, hot summer.
