Students from Hedrick Middle School in Medford,Oregon took a stand Monday against Obama’s ruling last week ordering that public schools must allow boys to use girls bathrooms and lockers!
They skipped school and the students protested on the street!
The students’ parents were also in support and present.
KTVL News 10 Reports:
The students tell News10 they are protesting the fact that some male students are using this as a chance to go into the female bathrooms.
“I feel like they were just using it more to their benefit of just kind of being perverts more rather than actually using it because they were uncomfortable with going into the bathroom of birth,” student Grace Milligan said.
“They came home and one of our girls was crying and didn’t feel safe because she didn’t feel safe going into the girl’s bathroom or locker room,” parent Renee Molder said.
I have said that this might be the straw that broke the camel’s back. There is a .03% of the adult population that are men that live dressed as women. That number becomes a fraction of that when discussing students in our schools. This whole issue is a red herring and part of a much larger agenda.
“Every day someone tries to hurt us or kill us. It’s such a simple thing. I’ve lived my life as a woman for years,” Cadilina DeVille a transgendered man said to one of the protestors. “You’re taking away our rights,” she added.
“You’re taking away ours. We just want to feel safe,” Grace Milligan, one of the students at Hedrick Middle School, responded.
That is the question those supporting the insanity of allowing men into women’s restrooms refuse to answer: What about the privacy rights of women and female students as a whole? Talk about a war on women!!
True transgendered men who live dressed as women have been using women’s restrooms for decades unopposed and without incident. It was not until the left decided to use this issue as a part of an agenda that it became an issue!
Most recently, Jaqueline Andrews, a transgendered woman, strongly disagreed with the new bathroom policies that are sweeping the nation.
“In a time when so many sexual assaults go unreported, we’re telling them that their boundaries don’t matter!”
Andrews says that the correct solution would be a private bathroom for transgendered individuals and students, protecting the safety of everyone.
The individuals featured in this video speak from firsthand experience dealing with the issue of sexual abuse to explain why opening the women’s restroom to biological men is a harmful policy. To learn more about this issue, visit: ADFlegal.org/SafeBathrooms.
