Atheists are at it again! Now they are trying to ban the Bible from public “Missing Man” POW/MIA displays honoring veterans.
The American Center for Law and Justice in Washington, D.C. is always up for the fight and so far they have almost 70,000 signatures on a petition to Stop Banning the Bible from Veterans Displays!
Please sign the petition that is being sent to Department of Veterans Affairs!
The recent removal of a Bible from a POW/MIA display at a Veterans Administration clinic in Akron, Ohio, because a veteran was offended, is yet another example of the disregard for religious liberty perpetrated by the current administration.
The ACLJ reports:
Angry atheist Mikey Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) is once again attacking our service members’ religious freedoms.
MRFF is an anti-Christian organization known for its hostile attacks on our Christian service men and women. This time Weinstein and MRFF’s latest target is the POW/MIA memorial displays known as “Missing Man” tables.
Missing Man tables are a deeply significant tradition honoring military POW and MIAs. Generally, these tables include numerous symbols such as a white cloth, a single red rose, a slice of lemon, salt, a candle, an inverted glass, an empty chair, and a Bible. Each item holds special significance, and the Bible represents the “strength gained through faith to sustain us and those lost from our country, founded as one nation under God.”
Because of its anti-Christian crusade, the MRFF has been systemically targeting institutions that include the Bible as part of their Missing Man display. For example, the MRFF bullied Veterans Affairs (VA) clinics in Akron, Ohio and Youngstown, Ohio into removing the Bible from their displays.

Be sure to sign the petition! Our country was designed with “We the People!” as the lobbyists!
If we were lobbying as we should be, items like this would be mute!
This is an insult to our soldiers and veterans must end.
