This is Why You Need a Strong State Government When it Comes to the 2nd Amendment!

The 10th amendment is the most ignored Amendment.  Unfortunately.

Barack Obama wants your guns.  So does Hillary Clinton.  So does every Democrat.  Here’s Obama.

The “Australian Solution” is to confiscate every gun in the nation.

A strong State government is the second bastion for protecting our gun rights.  The Constitution is the first, but Democrats are actively working to undermine that.  Here’s what a number of states are doing.

In Idaho, the Legislature unanimously passed a law to keep any future federal gun measures from being enforced in the state. In Kansas, a law passed last year says federal regulation doesn’t apply to guns manufactured in the state. Wyoming, South Dakota and Arizona have had laws protecting “firearms freedom” from the U.S. government since 2010.

A News21 analysis shows 14 such bills were passed by legislators in 11 states, mainly in Western states, along with Kansas, Tennessee and Alaska. Of those, 11 were signed into law, though one was later struck down in court. In Montana, Missouri and Oklahoma, three others were vetoed.

More than three-quarters of U.S. states have proposed nullification laws since 2008. More than half of those bills have come in the last two years after the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. All but three have been introduced since President Barack Obama took office.

Now that Oklahoma has a Republican Governor I would expect a top priority of the legislature would be to pass a law protecting their gun rights.

2016 is probably the most important year in the history of the nation.  If a Democrat is elected you can bet your 2nd Amendment rights will be gone with a new Supreme Court stacked with Progressive Justices.  So will your 1st and 4th Amendment rights.  And the Congress will be reduced to a body watching a President issue Executive Orders.

In the last case, that’s exactly what the Republican leadership has allowed over the past five years thanks to Establishment leaders like Boehner, McConnell, and our new Speaker Paul Ryan.

It’s time to stand up for America.
