Gov. Official Admits to Violating American’s Civil Rights to Throw 2012 Election: Gets This From Obama Administration

Lois Lerner gets a walk from Obama lawyers.  She didn’t commit a crime, or at least that’s the ruling of Lois Lerner’s Star Chamber at the Department of Justice.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is not a happy camper.

“Here’s a lady who systematically and for a sustained period of time targeted people for exercising their most fundamental rights, their First Amendment free speech rights.

“The president prejudged this case. Remember the facts here. The president said, ‘there’s no corruption here, not even a smidgen.’ The chief investigator, the chief lawyer assigned to the Justice Department to evaluate this was Barbara Bosserman, a maxed-out contributor to the president’s campaign.

“So it shouldn’t be any surprise the Justice Department said there’s nothing wrong here. But the American people know that there is.”

First of all Rep. Jordan, Lois Lerner is no lady.  Second, probably 43% of the American people would be very happy to suspend the First Amendment for conservatives.  The Senate Democrats introduced legislation in this congress to gut the First Amendment and Barack Obama would have happily signed it.

The one thing the Congressman is absolutely right about is that nothing will ever be done about Lois Lerner.
