Huckabee Staffer Allegedly Blocks Ted Cruz From Speaking at Kim Davis Rally

Come on Mike. Really? Ted Cruz has been very outspoken in support of Kim Davis’ refusal to issue marriage licenses to homosexuals and you’re willing to put your Presidential campaign ahead of the issue of religious accommodation?

Here’s a news flash Mike …

Got that?

The rally Tuesday had been scheduled before it was known whether Ms. Davis would be released. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, also a Republican presidential contender, made an appearance, but it was Mr. Huckabee, a former Baptist pastor, who grabbed the political spotlight.

When Senator Cruz exited the jail a throng of journalists beckoned him toward their microphones, but an aide to Mr. Huckabee blocked the path of Mr. Cruz, who appeared incredulous.

Here’s Ted, just another face in the crowd.

That’s not a happy face.

On the other hand, when Huckabee rightfully drops out of the Presidential race because people understand he’s just a cheap-suit-entertainer Ted will get the last smile.
