Common Core Students Are Being Taught Who God REALLY Is!

Middle school parents in Tennessee are up in arms on learning that their children were instructed to recite and write, “Allah is the only god,” as part of a Common Core world history project.

In a story from

In the Maury County School District, students were assigned a Five Pillars of Islam project that included the translation of the pillar of “Shahada” as being, “There is no god but Allah; Muhammad is his prophet.”

Joy Ellis, the mother of a seventh-grader at Spring Hill Middle School, said that Christian children should not be instructed to write the Shahada.

“This is a seventh grade state standard, and will be on the TCAP,” Ellis said. “I didn’t have a problem with the history of Islam being taught, but to go so far as to make my child write the Shahada, is unacceptable.”

Another mother of a seventh-grade girl, Brandee Porterfield, complained to officials at Spring Hill Middle School because of its overemphasis on Islam to the exclusion of Christianity and Judaism.

America – If THIS does not WAKE YOU UP! I don’t know what will! Allah is being taught to our children because it is part of the indoctrination by Hussein Obama and his administration. WAKE UP PEOPLE!

If you don’t think this is indoctrination, I don’t know what else to tell you!

So, when in doubt, check for yourself! I did. I looked up the Tennessee State Standards for History, then went to Grade 7 and sure enough here is the section from the Tennesse State Standards:

WOW! Who knew SO MUCH information was in the Tennesse Common Core State Standards for 7th graders to know about Islam? Right? It’s right there! Plain as day – Common Core Standards and the Islamic World. Now, where in the Tennessee Common Core State Standards for 7th grade does it mention students should write the Shahada creed? NOWHERE is the answer!

Senator Ted Cruz describes Common Core as “national standards being dictated from Washington”. He goes on to say:

“We should repeal every word of Common Core,” he said. “We should get the federal government out of the business of curriculum.”

AMEN, Senator Cruz! I have to agree with you! The federal government has NO business being in education. There is NO place in the Constitution where the federal government is given a role in education. Education belongs with the parents and local school districts.

But if you still doubt that Islam is NOT being taught in our public schools……
