Ahmed Mohamed is the middle school kid who showed up at school with a “clock” and was expelled and arrested because his teachers and the cops though it was a bomb.
Doesn’t look much like a clock to me, but it’s made him a famous “victim.”
Here’s what got him arrested: Which apparently was pretty cool to him…
He’s gotten a visit to the House of Many Colors, to Apple where he got a new Apple watch, to Google where he was treated like a celebrity geek, and to Comedy Central where those who were concerned about what he brought to school were scorned. And where Ahmed said getting arrested was “cool.”
The big problem with all this is that there’s a whole lot more to the story that the media is refusing to tell you.
1. Ahmed DID NOT build the clock. It’s a commercially available digital clock that he took apart and assembled into the pencil case.
Here’s a technical video on this one.
The guy who posted this video has never published a politically oriented or Islam oriented video or article. He’s a tech geek, period. I happen to be an engineer and the first thing I thought of when I saw this and heard the kid say he “built it” was, “Where did he get the circuit board?” Lord knows no media representative will ask him that question.
2. Ahmed’s sister was suspended from the same school three years ago for threatening to blow up the school.
The school district can’t comment because of the federal privacy act FERPA, but the girl admitted it.
The sister claimed after the arrest that she had been suspended from a school for several days. “I got suspended from school for three days from this stupid same district, from this girl saying I wanted to blow up the school, something I had nothing to do with,” she said, without providing evidence or proof.
Proof is not required when the media is looking for a victim.
3. Ahmed’s dad is a “Muslim activist” and the family is closely linked to the Muslim terrorist organization CAIR.
And they’re working to keep Ahmed’s responses to the police from public view.
The Texas police department at the center of the Muslim-clock-inside-a-box controversy wants to bottle-up information that would help the public decide if Texas teachers and police were unfair to the Muslim boy who brought a suspected hoax-bomb to school — or if Texans were smeared as haters by progressives and President Barack Obama.
Department officials want to keep the information from the public because they’re facing a possible lawsuit by two lawyers working with the boy’s father and his political advisors at the jihad-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations, a source told Breitbart News.
The information could include details about the boy’s answers to police when they asked him if his bizarre and hazardous device was a hoax-bomb, rather than a uselessly dismantled clock, as he claimed.
Ahmed’s answers were reportedly “passive aggressive” and his story about wanting to impress his teacher was never mentioned.
This is nothing more than another attempt by the Left and radical Islam sympathizers including Mr. “If I Had a Son He’d Look Like Ahmed.”
We’re going to close this post with a video done by the good folks at MRCTV. They took a picture of Ahmed’s “clock” and asked people what it was.
