The Internet is Freaking Out About this Mexican Weatherwoman

Yanet Garcia does the weather for Televisa Monterrey in Mexico. She’s more than a little popular in Monterrey and she’s developed quite a following among people who can’t speak Spanish and don’t care about the weather in Mexico.

Warning: It’s all in Spanish and her voice is like fingernails on a chalk board.

But as we said, she didn’t get her job for her weather knowledge or her dulcet tones.

She’s got her own Twitter feed with almost 100,000 followers, her own YouTube channel where most people watch her because Monterrey Mexico TV isn’t available on local cable.

She’s what we internet groupies call “viral.” But in a nice way.
