Black Lives Matter: About Democrat Votes

From “Black lives matter: Differential mortality and the racial composition of the U.S. electorate, 1970-2004”  What are the political consequences of excess mortality among blacks? A new article by Javier Rodriguez, Arline Geronimus, John Bound and Danny Dorling — — answers this question. It finds that excess mortality among blacks reduces their voting power significantly, perhaps costing Democratic candidates several elections.

Health disparities reflect racial and class inequality and an accumulation of stressors, including segregation, discrimination, exposure to pollution and unequal access to health-care resources, to name a few…

We run-of-the-mill Americans can add to that list of why Democrats are getting fewer black votes that would otherwise be theirs.

1)  So many of them are without a live-in-father, which puts them at a much higher risk in all ways.  They have no male figure who cares enough to discipline them, to demand they get an education and to teach them right from wrong.

2) Black parents apparently don’t read books to their children before bedtime.  This  has recently been declared to be an unfair advantage for those children whose parents do read to them.  We must wonder if instead of encouraging black parents to read to their children, a ban should be put in place against reading to our children.

3) For many reasons, black Americans break more laws and end up in prison more often, often for committing a felony.  The imprisonment and/felony convictions block them from legally voting.  Thus we have the Democrat move to either mostly empty our prisons or allow felons to vote.  We can say that law-breaking and violence occurs because blacks are poor and disadvantaged.  In the history of our country, however, there have been many poor, disadvantaged communities which have not resorted to violence.  They have pulled together to help each other.  They definitely have not burned their own towns down.

4) Blacks don’t live as long because they often don’t live at all.  On average, 1,876 black babies are aborted every day in the United States.  It has been estimated that since 1973 Black women have had about 16 million abortions.

This fulfills the agenda of the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger.  She had this great idea of using abortion for preventing the births of black and poor babies.   Perhaps Democrats should be begging blacks to not have abortions.  Just think of all the votes they could have had!  And yet, Sanger is a hero to those on the Left who want abortion to be legal at any time.

5) Finally, many more blacks are killed by blacks than are killed by police, or whites.  There are 8,000 to 9,000 African-Americans killed each year — 93 percent of them by African-Americans.   Not killing each other would be a good directive from Democrats.

The important thing to note here is that Democrats are decrying the loss of Democrat votes due to black mortality.  They are less concerned about the people actually dying. In this case it is the recognition, finally, that black deaths mean fewer Democrat votes….

It is time for our first black President (OK – half black) to speak fatherly words to his “folks”: get married before having children; keep your family intact; read to your children; gain a good education, available to all Americans in public school; work hard; don’t use or sell drugs; don’t kill each other; don’t break the law; and stay out of prison.  And definitely – vote Democrat!
