Got Shopping Cart? You’ll Need One in California


Having been born and raised in Southern California, I know that it rarely rains, but that when it does, IT POURS. As a kid, when it rained I would put on a winter coat and head outside . . . barefoot!

There’s no better way to jump puddles when it’s not cold, just wet. The kids in this video, on the other hand, find a thrilling way to use a shopping cart instead of their bare feet. Watch.

Some of us don’t even own umbrellas. Or, if we do, we can’t find them. This storm reminds us we ought to keep them near the surface of things for a day such as this. And allow some extra time to commute. Oh, yeah, and move off the hills of Malibu.
