In my quest to resist aging, I’ve invested in a gym membership and all kinds of lotions, serums and masks. I color my hair and engage in Pilates exercise . . . occasionally.
But, I guess I’ve missed one key element, a secret weapon . . . belly dancing. I love the star of this video, a 100 year-old sweetheart, for keeping herself not only upright, but dancing!
