One of the hot topics in America today is voter ID laws, which, of course, liberals hate with every fiber of their being. These laws are designed to keep illegals and other individuals from voting in our elections and essentially stacking the deck for the Democratic Party.
After all, illegals are one of the people groups liberals enjoy sweet talking with free goodies like welfare and amnesty so long as they sell their souls and vote Democrat for life.
Any time one mentions the idea of requiring someone to produce a photo ID to prove their identity–something we already do with beer and driving–liberal heads start spinning like Linda Blair from The Exorcist, only instead of spewing out pea soup, they just scream “Racist! Racist!” until you’re ready to pull your hair out.
Well, one genius tweeter completely exposed the Obama administration’s hypocrisy on the issue of requiring proof of identity, and it is beyond epic. Check it out.
So in order to sign up for Obamacare, you need to have an ID, but you don’t need one to vote? That’s interesting.
Sorry, Mr. Obama, but this is clearly a racist policy. What if someone is here illegally and they’re unable to get an ID? With this policy in place, the poor sap will not be able to enjoy the God-given right of health insurance! This is outrageous!
Obama and his cronies are infamous for their double standards, and this time they got caught with their pants around their ankles.
Anyone with even the slightest bit of common sense knows that voter ID laws exist to protect the integrity of the voting system. It requires every single individual to prove their identity. Not just one particular group of people based on skin color or sex. Everyone. I’m not a rocket scientist, but I’m pretty sure there needs to be some sort of discrimination of a particular group based on skin color, sex, or religion in order for “racism” to exist.
If these laws only carded black people or Mexicans that would be one thing. That’s not the case here. All conservatives and common sense Americans want is for the voting system to be kept as pure as possible without either side being able to have an unfair advantage. Voter ID laws help accomplish that.
Here’s the bottom line, Mr. President. If you’re going to require an ID to sign up for Obamacare, then you should have no problem with requiring an ID to vote.
