Federal Abuse of Your Private Information:

4 150

obama evilI’ve been telling you for how long that the Obama Administration’s bottom line is to get your private information, and abuse your private information in order to control you? How long before you believe it? Answer me (in the comment section below – not just yelling at the computer monitor).

Fine, here’s some more fodder for your pipe to smoke: Now Medicare and Medicaid services will be financially coerced into collecting “social and behavioral” data for the government to peruse and this means 100 million people can have their private “social and behavioral” data scrutinized by federal hacks for… well, what do you think? I mean, if you want to form a tax-exempt group and have the word “patriot” or “tea party” or “conservative” or “Christian” in your name, the IRS will pull you out of line and deny you your civil rights – what d’ya suppose they’ll do with your “social” or “behavioral” data?

When are you going to wake up and start throwing people ou… oh forget it. You aren’t listening to me. Read this, from the Washington Free Beacon:

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) wants to require health care providers to include “social and behavioral” data in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and to link patient’s records to public health departments, it was announced last week. Health care experts say the proposal raises additional privacy concerns over Americans’ personal health information, on top of worries that the Obamacare “data hub” could lead to abuse by bureaucrats and identify theft. The CMS currently covers 100 million people through Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children’s Hospital Insurance Program and is tasked with running Obamacare.

According to a solicitation posted by the Department of Health and Human Services on Sept. 4, the CMS is commissioning the National Academy of Sciences to study how best to add social and behavioral factors to electronic health record reporting. The agency said adding social and behavioral data to patients’ online records will improve health care. “Increasing EHR adoption has the potential to improve health and health care quality,” the contract’s statement of work (SOW) reads. “Parallel advances in analytic tools applied to such records are fueling new approaches to discovering determinants of population health.

The project sets out to identify “core data standards for behavioral and social determinants of health to be included in EHRs.” Critics suggested this would create new bureaucracies and negatively impact health care. “This sounds like an example of the federal government further intruding on the practice of medicine,” said Chris Jacobs, a senior policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation. “It’s including more pay for performance requirements on physicians to collect all sorts of data in order to get government reimbursements,” he said.

The 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act gave authority to the CMS to pay hospitals and doctors that make the switch to electronic health records, to “encourage widespread EHR adoption.” Health care professionals who began participating in the program in 2011 or 2012 can receive up to $44,000 for using EHRs for Medicare and $63,750 for Medicaid over 5 and 6 years, respectively. Though the program is “totally voluntary,” eligible professionals who are not using EHRs by 2015 will see a 1 percent reduction in their Medicare and Medicaid fees each year. Jacobs says the government’s “pay for conformance” culture in health care is “telling doctors what they have to do and how they have to do it in order to receive government reimbursement.” The “meaningful use” program already requires doctors and hospitals to report the demographics of a patient and if he smokes to qualify for its first step. The second stage, planned for 2014, will require recording a patient’s family health history.

The National Academy of Sciences will make recommendations for adding social and behavioral data for stage three, which will be unveiled in 2016.

IN other words, ObamaCare will allow the government to use your medical records against you. Yes, that’s what I said – if you’ve seen a doctor for depression, then decide to run for city council against a Democrat eight years later, that Democrat can be sent the data in an email and run an ad saying you’re clinically insane and here’s the proof…

Don’t think it will happen? Then you are clinically insane.

My Medical care professionals were ALL balking as the PRIVATE clinic they worked at was “encouraging” them to switch to the electric charting system. Well, with all the balking the e-charting system is up and running in all areas of the clinic. Just to mention, before people start groaning that our Dr.s are selling us out for a mere 1% off of their Medicare/Medicaid receipts, Our Dr.s are already struggling with their desire to treat ALL the patients they currently have and any that may come in the near future, The M/M insurance companies are already paying such low payments the Dr.s are really giving care to us pretty much for free. Example: I had a in office procedure that the Dr. billed $2,032. He received a statement from M/M that he would be paid $125. The payments are sent out quarterly, IF they send it out on time. I had a major life saving surgery in July of 2007. I started getting Statements from M/M for my review to help avoid Fraud in July of 2013 which means there has been NO payment to my Dr.s who took excellent care of me!! If he had needed to be paid first…I would have died, If our Dr.s don’t start getting paid in a timely manner and what their work is worth, the predicted Genocide will no longer be an issue. I would bet that any one of the 545 on the hill have REAL insurance

I guess I JUST got amnesia….Family illness? What family? OH, my Mom and Dad, No they are healthy as a horse…Dead, But healthy as a horse!
