Loretta Lynch Could End Up In Jail Says Napolitano. Here’s Why.

The Obama administration was full of crooks. And if they weren’t crooks themselves they were still amoral for associating with and supporting a criminal like Hillary Clinton for the presidency of the United States. Now Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano is backing that claim up after his comments on Monday over the former Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

EXPLOSIVE! Comey: Trump Did Not Obstruct Justice, but Loretta Lynch Did!

Napolitano argued that Lynch could be facing anywhere between five to ten years in prison for her misconduct in office. Specifically, he argued that her work in intervening in the criminal investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server was a felony.

It certainly did not help when former FBI Director James Comey testified last month that Lynch had asked him to classify his investigation of Clinton as a matter and not an investigation. A clear attempt to try and aid the Clinton’s in their investigation to help her win the presidential election.

Even Comey, who has received flack from both sides of the political aisle, admitted that Lynch’s request made him feel uneasy. Comey even noted that one of his aides called the FBI, “the federal bureau of matters,” after her comment.

Napolitano said,

“…terminology may be indicative of a mindset on the part of Attorney General Lynch that she was going to do whatever she could to prevent Mrs. Clinton from getting indicted. There is enough evidence here, just on the basis of the little snippets given to the Senate Intelligence Committee by former FBI Director Jim Comey, that Mrs. Lynch was either conflicted or working at odds with the Justice Department and in behalf of Mrs. Clinton’s campaign and the DNC when she told them to use different terminology for the investigation.”

After the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing chairman Chuck Grassley, whose a Republican Senator from Iowa, released an official press statement indicating that Lynch was under federal investigation over her possible involvement in subverting the Clinton investigation. The statement also showed concern that Lynch had been in personal contact with Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a Democrat from Florida, who was at the time the chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, concerning the FBI’s investigation of Clinton.

This is ultimately terribly concerning because Wasserman-Schultz was proven to have been colluding with Clinton and her campaign to cheat Senator Bernie Sanders out of the primary win. Napolitano noted that if documents exist showing contact between the two over the investigation that this would be evidence of misconduct in office.

He said,

“It is alleged, this document has not seen the light of day if it exists, that there is one or several emails between Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Loretta Lynch concerning the behavior that Loretta Lynch will take to further the DNC interests while Mrs. Lynch was the attorney general. That, if it happened, would be misconduct in office. It’s a felony. Depending on what they charge her with, it could be five or 10 years in jail. It’s very serious. It’s the equivalent of obstruction of justice.”

Lynch has not yet been called before the Senate Judiciary Committee. However, if an investigation is underway it is completely likely she will be. Especially considering James Comey already has, and he was an influential member of the investigation. Napolitano also mentioned that the Department of Justice could initiate an investigation under the direction of Attorney General Jeff Sessions over claims of Lynch’s obstruction of justice and misconduct.

Even Democratic Representative Adam Schiff expressed concerns over Lynch’s actions reporting to CNN,

“I’d like to hear what Loretta Lynch’s explanation for that is, either by having her come to the Hill or by having her speak publicly. It does give me a queasy feeling as well. There may be a perfectly accurate explanation by Loretta Lynch about why she thought ‘matter’ was the appropriate term rather than ‘investigation.’ So I wouldn’t assume James Comey’s characterization is the last word on it even although though I’m sure it’s accurate. But I would like to hear what her explanation for that was. But I certainly wouldn’t want that to distract us from what we need to do to get to the bottom of the Russia allegations.”

If Napolitano’s predictions are accurate we will once again be chanting, “lock her up”. Nobody is above the law. Certainly not politicians and if she broke the law she should be punished accordingly. Democrats called Republicans unethical, but it isn’t Republicans who are the ones being investigated by the FBI, DOJ, House of Representatives, and the Senate.
