Rachel Maddow released via social media that she has possession of President Donald Trump’s 1040 form from 2005.
She proceeded to create “Maddows Folly” a short time later when those stolen tax returns produced nothing more than proving Trump paid 25% of his income in taxes in 2005. It severely backfired.
Donald Trump Jr. even called the whole stunt “Simply Awesome”!
It is unclear from Maddow’s post how the network obtained the documents. I think the American people can figure it out.
What we've got is from 2005… the President's 1040 form… details to come tonight 9PM ET, MSNBC.

O’Donnell called it “the night we’ve been waiting for.”
That night flopped, but what comes next?
The Hill reports:
Trump’s biographer David Cay Johnston tweeted that he would be joining the show to break the news.
Trump is the first president in decades to not publicly release his tax returns.
Trump has previously said he would not release them while he is being audited by the IRS, but the IRS has noted that an audit would not prevent anyone from releasing the information on their own.
Democrats have been calling for the returns, which Trump’s critics believe may show suspect financial ties, particularly to Russia.
So did Maddow receive stolen official documents? Just exactly how and when did these documents get out of the IRS office and into the hands of “Jump the Shark” lady?
There have been a series of leaks concerning the Presidency of Donald Trump since the very beginning.
Rachel Maddow received a document that originated at the IRS through a leak. Wherever that leak came from, it was a criminal. Someone stole the documents and traded them to someone else.
What are the details? With investigations we will discover. For now, all we know from these tax returns is that Trump paid close to a third of his income in income taxes:
“$150 million in income in 2005 and paid $38 million in income taxes that year.”
Priceless Maddow! Simply priceless!
