“Immigration Laws Discriminate Against Illegals Disproportionately”… you read that right.

Four families are being evicted from a mobile home park in Virginia because at least one family member is an illegal alien.  As with all mobile home parks, the residents own the trailer and then rent space from the park.  This park has a rule that all residents have to prove legal residency in the U.S. and members of these four families can’t do that.

Needless to say, the illegal aliens, speaking through a translator since they don’t speak English, were outraged.  So are their attorneys.  They’re suing the park in a federal civil rights lawsuit.  The Obama administration’s Department of Racial Justice will certainly be on the side of the illegal aliens.

The attorneys are filing a civil rights suit because the action discriminates disproportionally against Latinos.  Gee, I wonder why that could be?  Maybe for the same reason laws against rape discriminate against rapists disproportionally?  Or laws against murder discriminate against murderers?  Gosh!

I can’t wait to see the civil rights suits for rapist and murderers.

This is exactly what needs to be done nationally to stop illegal immigration.  Those who favor open borders are constantly howling about “mass deportations.”  The U.S. doesn’t have to deport anybody.  Just do this.

  1. Make it a felony to hire or provide housing to an illegal alien. $10,000 fine per illegal.
  2. An e-Verify form is a positive defense against the charge.

The favorite careers for illegals are construction and hospitality.  You can’t get a construction license, a business license, a liquor license, or a Realtor’s license with a felony.  Breaking the law by employers or property managers will render them unemployable.  $10,000 per illegal will also force most into bankruptcy.

No jobs, no housing, no illegals.

That wasn’t so hard was it?
