North Carolina’s governor just signed what critics have called ‘the most anti-LGBT bathroom bill in the country’!

The bill prevents cities and counties from passing their own bathroom ordinances allowing men in women’s restrooms.

It also voided a local Charlotte ordinance that would have enabled transgender people to legally use restrooms and imposed a statewide standard leaving out gender identity.

North Carolina's governor just signed what critics have called 'the most anti-LGBT bathroom bill in the country'!

As reported by the Daily Mail: The law orders public schools, government agencies and public college campuses to designate use of multiple-occupancy bathrooms and changing facilities, such as locker rooms, by biological sex stated on a person’s birth certificate.

Transgender people can use the bathrooms and changing facilities corresponding with their gender identity only if they get the biological sex on their birth certificate changed, according to ABC News.

North Carolina is the first state to require public school and university students to use only those bathrooms that match the biological sex written on their birth certificates, according to the National Conference on State Legislatures.

Men in womens restrooms has been a hotly fought subject, that has actually backfired on the transgendered community.

For decades, men that live dressed like women have used women’s restrooms reletively unnoticed.

The left then hijacked the issue and decided to force laws and ordinances that basically enable any male claiming to be a woman to be able to use any women’s restroom or locker, even in public schools.

Most recently, a high profile case occurred in Houston, Texas. Even the liberal Texas city said “No Way!!”

Scott Osborn reported from JoeForAmerica:

The court told Mayor Parker in no uncertain terms to repeal her bathroom ordinance or put it on the ballot for the people to decide.

The court told Mayor Parker in no uncertain terms to repeal her bathroom ordinance or put it on the ballot for the people to decide. They said, “No Way!”

By a vote of 61 – 39%, Houston voters said “Absolutely Not!” to Mayor Parker’s bathroom bill  that would have let men use women’s restroom and locker rooms.

The Texas Supreme Court had told Parker that her bathroom bill  was unconstitutional after she passed it through the Houston City Council and had made her put it on the ballot.

The lefts mantra is that the worries about problems occurring while having men invade the privacy of women is a farce, even in the face of examples of men horrifically abusing women using the guise of dressing like a woman.

You really shouldn’t need a scorecard to use a bathroom!
