Does it seem to you that the U.S. government is scared to death of Muslim extremists and will do anything to accommodate them? Speaking of accommodating Muslims, we’ve seen the Department of Justice threaten to come down on any group that offends Muslims in the U.S. Obama’s un-Civil Rights group a DoJ will likely rain down hell-fire on anybody who points out Muslims 1,400 year history of being terrorists and extremists.
Indonesia, which is a Muslim country, was the recipient of a bend-over round of diplomacy from the U.S. State Department last year and I can hardly wait to see what they’ll do this year.
Ramadan, the Muslim “holy month,” is when Muslims fast and pray so when the month is over they can go back to preying. Last year July 4th fell in the middle of Ramadan. So here’s what Robert Blake, the U.S. Ambassador to Indonesia did.
The United States Embassy enjoyed its annual 4th of July celebration on Thursday, June 4, one month early, in order to respect the upcoming Ramadhan [sic]month, which will begin on June 17 and last for one month.
US Ambassador to Indonesia Robert O. Blake and US Ambassador to ASEAN Nina Hachigian presided over the festivities, which involved brass band renditions of the Star-Spangled Banner and the Indonesian national anthem, Indonesia Raya.
Got that? The U.S. Ambassador – the guy who represents the United States of America – moved the 4th of July celebration up a month to “respect Ramadan.”
Respect Ramadan? Hey Mr. Blake, how about showing some respect for 3,000 Americans slaughtered by Muslim terrorists on 9/11? How about show some respect for Christians in the Middle East who are being raped and slaughtered by Muslims right now? How about showing some respect for the women of Sweden who live in a country with the highest rate of rape in the world because of Muslims? Oh, and the Swedish government is possibly even more cowardly than the Obama administration, they won’t even try to stop the epidemic of Muslim men raping Swedish women.
And to compound the outrage, here’s Blake’s description of the
July 4th June 4th ceremony.
Blake explained that the theme of the event leaned toward “green” development, which supported the US’ focus on building and promoting a green economy and more environmentally sustainable development.
A “green economy”?
What’s up Mr. Ambassador? Does Obama have some donors who need money? How about celebrating American independence and a vow to help people who are being held in repressive regimes like Iran’s?
Yeah, would be too damn much to ask?
This year Ramadan begins on June 6th and goes through July 6th. Do you think we’ll move celebration of Independence Day again this year? Or maybe just cancel it all together. After all, we wouldn’t want to offend anyone.
And all those people who have died defending our liberty over the years? To hell with them, we don’t want to offend any Muslims.
