If you needed a reason to both opposed Barack Obama and the Democratic Party and their crusade to confiscate guns and to own and carry a weapon yourself, here you go:
“Where were the cops?”
Why don’t you ask Al Sharpton that question?
Why don’t you ask Bill de Blasio that question? As a matter of fact, why don’t you ask your “community” that question because it’s your “community” that demonstrates and burns down buildings every time cops respond to something like this and one of the thugs gets hurt or killed.
As far as the dad walking with his daughter, here’s the account from PIX11.
The 18-year-old was walking her father in Osborn Playground near Hegeman Avenue around 9:20 p.m. on Thursday, when they were approached by five men, one of which displayed a handgun, police said.
The gunman pointed it the victim’s father and told him to “get the [expletive]out of here,” police sources said.
The father ran for help and flagged down nearby officers, while the men forcibly removed the woman’s pants and took turns raping her at gunpoint, police sources said.
As the father arrived with police, the suspects fled. They were captured on a nearby surveillance camera at a bodega.
The father flagged down “nearby officers.” They were so “nearby” that five thugs had the time to rape his daughter and escape. Who knows what the response time for the cops was in that instance, but it was certainly a lot longer than the time it takes for me to discharge five hollow point rounds from my Glock. Heck, I’m pretty sure I could have reloaded a couple of times before the cops showed up.
Of course, in the People’s Republic of New York City I’d have been arrested for defending my daughter. Personally, I’d have taken the chance with a jury because I’d rather go to prison than live with the nightmares that dad is going to have every time he looks into his little girl’s eyes for the rest of his life.
Oh, and thanks to Mayor de Blasio’s war on cops, rapes were up 6.3% citywide in 2015 to 1,439, according to NYPD statistics.
